Situated overlooking the 12th hole of the renowned Stadium Course at PGA West, this luxury condo is a real gem! The kitchen has over $10,000 in upgrades including beautiful granite counters with extended back splash, newer stainless steel appliances, upgraded sink and custom wet bar. The home is incredibly warm with designer colors, newer carpet, high ceilings and shutters throughout. The entry courtyard has been tiled and features a wonderful Capt-N-Cook natural gas barbecue to grill those bone-in rib eyes to perfection. The same beautiful tile in the courtyard has been continued out on the back patio which features a mesmerizing view of the 12th hole and fairway.
