No waiting in long lines at the parks! This single-story home has an open great room with vaulted ceilings, a huge master bedroom with a king-size bed, and two additional bedrooms -- each with twin beds. There is a sofa bed in the great room with a new mattress to complete the bedding arrangements. The view from the swimming pool is exceptionally nice. The pool overlooks the playground area -- a great place to play catch with the kids or just have them run in the massive field area. You can even keep an eye on them as you relax in the heated pool/spa or in your two-person hammock on the pool deck! If you are a health enthusiast, the subdivision has sidewalks in the back of the house, eliminating concerns about traffic. Great for biking, roller blading, or jogging. We also provide four tennis rackets and balls for the community tennis area! Or you can stay at the house as it also has it's own basketball hoop! Now, added more games! For your convenience, we offer a 'welcome packet.
That is, for a small fee of $10.00 plus the grocery bill we will have all your essential foods in the house Before you arrive. This helps especially when you have late flight arrivals. Katrina Housing. Please call for rates and details. We've added a 4 in 1 game table which includes: table tennis, pool table, air hockey and Foosball. We've also added an X-Box system with 10 games for the kids and adults to enjoy!!
