Enjoy a retreat to nature in this lovely modern 3-bedroom lake home, located on the 'no wake' end of the lake and surrounded by the Nicolet National Forest. This home is fully loaded with amenities to make your stay one you will never forget! Awesome fishing right off your private dock. Great lake for water skiing/tubing/jet skiing/swimming. Known as the party lake, Chute pond is 422 acres of fun and relaxation with three bars/restaurants located on the water. Right out the front door are 200mi of ATV trails, horseback riding, and some of the state’s best snowmobile trails. The ATV trails open on the 1st of may. Enjoy the nearby casinos at Carter.

This cabin is great. Great amenities, great games, great fishing just off the dock. I couldn't recommend this anymore to anyone. Whether you're mid-20s with friends or a family, this place is great. Tons to do for everyone, great, attentive owners, and a lake that offers good fishing and great fun. Thanks for everything

Family Vacation 09

We stayed in this rental for a week. It was great! Bathrooms are roomy and updated, although there were no rugs in the bathrooms or kitchen - so barefoot was chilly when the air was on. The kitchen had everything we needed, except for dish towels. Beds were all comfortable. The steps are a bit of a challenge coming back up from the lake, especially for some family members with bad knees.

The amenities were great - we were able to catch the Brewer's games on the satellite, play some air hocky, pool, darts - fun! We also grilled out using the tri-pod rather than the gas grill (great hamburgers and potatoes).

Brought 4-wheelers along and used them (trails as close as right across the street).

The price was a great value for what we received.

Owners were very helpful with any questions.

We went for Fish Fry at Chute Inn (homemade bread and the pie was excellent). We also went to Doze Inn for the all you can eat chicken (served family style). You could get there by boat too.

We would recommend a stay here any time of the year for a getaway.

I just returned from a stay here with a couple of friends for a snowmobile trip. The owner was easy to deal with and the rate was very fair The house was perfect for a group of guys or a family. It is well kept and updated. Although the lake is obviously frozen this time of year, it sure has a nice view for summertime enjoyment.

For a winter time snowmobile trip this place rates a 5 out of 5! The trail is literally across the street and the trails are amazing. We put on 430 miles and they were table top smooth. It seems that this area of the northwoods is forgotten by the masses. There are several good places to eat in the area including Maiden Lake Supper Club and Weathered Wood.

I highly recommend a stay here whether it is a family get away or snowmobile group.
