Terra Mar is a Gulf front 10-story secured building of 70 units on the quiet, southern end of Estero Island. It has a heated swimming pool, tennis court, sauna, barbecue, reserved parking spot, and gathering room. Our condo is situated on the 3rd floor and is a two-bedroom/two-bath, living and dining combo with a fully equipped kitchen and a large Gulf front lanai off the master bedroom and living room area. It features two TVs w/cable, DVD, a stereo system, and three ceiling fans. It is ideally situated across the street from Santini Plaza which has five restaurants, a hardware store, a liquor store, bike rentals, an ice cream shop, etc. Behind Santini Plaza, which is on the bay, is a marina with boat rental and another seafood restaurant. It is also 100 yards from a 7-11 which is open 24 hrs. You will enjoy the beautiful Gulf- front sunsets and view of Sanibel Island from the lanai. There is also a saltwater estuary and bird sanctuary in front of the condo.

One block away is the Holiday Inn where jet skis and parachute rides can be rented. The condo was just remodeled (completed Oct'05) and features a new kitchen, 2 new baths, floor tile and all new appliance. Rentals are typically a two-week minimum, Saturday to Saturday. We look forward to you enjoying your next vacation at Terra Mar.
