This spacious five bedroom, three bath, contemporary home is situated on a beautiful level lot, and features a dynamite view from the bedroom!
The home offers a modern kitchen with a bar area. The large dining room seats ten, and the great room comes with satellite TV and a DVD.
The luxurious master suite on the upper level features a Jacuzzi. The lower level den offers many amenities, including satellite TV, VCR, wet bar, bumper pool, foosball, ice machine, and a small refrigerator.
The main deck offers patio furniture and a grill, while the lower deck has a glider swing. Ping pong and a basketball goal are available.
A white sand beach complements the sundeck-covered dock (with electricity).
The home is located at Buoy Marker C3 on the Craddock Creek area of the lake.
Will and Deb have kept a boat at a marina on SML for the past m20 years and finally realized their dream of owning a home on the lake in June 2009. As of 2006, they have been living near Allentown, PA and will eventually retire to this beautiful property. Will is President and CEO of a children's and adolescent's behavioral and mental organization and Deb is an RN currently working in Hospice. They have two grown daughters and two beautiful grandaughters who love the lake, especially their beach!

It is very comfortable and family friendly with plenty of sleeping areas and a great beach area for the little ones.
Since they have owned the property, they have had a couple get married on the sun deck over the dock and the newlyweds have returned each year.
