This spacious five bedroom, three bath, contemporary home is situated on a beautiful level lot, and features a dynamite view from the bedroom! The home offers a modern kitchen with a bar area. The large dining room seats ten, and the great room comes with cable TV and a VCR. The luxurious master suite on the upper level features a Jacuzzi. The lower level den offers many amenities, including cable TV, VCR, wet bar, bumper pool, foosball, ice machine, and two small refrigerators. The loft offers a queen-size sleeper sofa. The main deck offers patio furniture and a grill, while the lower deck has a glider swing. Ping pong and a basketball goal are available. A white sand beach complements the sundeck-covered dock (with electricity).

Wonderful Craddock Manor

We had a fantastic week--house was exactly as described. There were 4 couples and everyone agreed that it was perfect for us. House was well equipped. Location on lake was picture perfect. We are kayakers and lake was ideal. We also rented pontoon boat which was a new, fun experience. Would definitely recommend this property to others and would most definitely return. Had dinner at the 50's diner one evening and went to the drive-in!!!!!! Kroger's (on 122) was a great grocery store.

NICE LAKE HOUSE

This was a very nice house with lots of room and comfortable furnishings. The owner was very responsive and helpful.
The dock offered both sun and shade, and was well equipped with a nice table and chairs for eating or lounging by the water. The house is located in a quiet subdivision/cove with deep water, and has close proximity to area restaurants and the Bridgewater Bridge/Plaza shopping and dining. (We didn't have a very good experience at the White House Restaurant (the closest one to the property), and the prices listed on the menu at the house are very outdated, but enjoyed many of the other local spots. The people at the White House gas station and convience store are very nice, and they had most of the things we needed.

I would recommend child gates if you plan to come with small children. We had an almost 2 year old..... their are multiple open stairways that keep you on the run. (Nothing in the house is child proofed) The local Walmart carries wooden gates for around $11 if you find you need them. We got by with 2, but you may need more. There is also a Flea Market behind the Shop Rite in Moneta where we found a stroller.

We would come back to this house again.
