This luxury, executive villa was just completed in July 2003, and is located in the gated complex of The Abbey at West Haven, Davenport. It's just minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and other attractions. This air-conditioned, four-bedroom/3.5-bath villa features an open plan throughout, and is furnished to a high standard. The master bedroom has an en-suite bath/shower room and a walk-in wardrobe. The second double bedroom also has an en-suite bath and shower. The third and fourth bedrooms are twin-bedded (one with a Disney theme for children); they share a bathroom with a bath/shower. There is also a full-size sofa bed in the lounge to accommodate two persons. There is a kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area (that seats eight), a living area, utility room, double garage, and screened patio. Kitchen amenities include a range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker, a coffee maker, dinner service, kitchen utensils, and cutlery. Recently tiled

For babies, there is a crib/cot with changer, highchair and toddler toilet seat, cot side for toddlers (goes along side bed). Also we have a mummy stay close system which is a pool alarm system - the child wears the wrist band - and any contact with water and an alarm goes off. There are two of the wrist bands which lock on with allen/hex key. There is also an alarm which also goes off when anyone walks through any of the doors to the pool. The heated swimming pool and pool area is complete with an outside shower and toilet/sink facilities. The villa and pool area are situated on a premium plot overlooking a nature reserve and wetlands -- with complete privacy. The home is approximately 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Local supermarkets and other facilities are approximately two miles away at Champions Gate. Orlando's new Champions Gate Golf Club features two 18-hole golf courses designed by Greg Norman. We have a 24-hour management company available.

What a fantastic holiday!!!!
This villa is situated about 5min drive from the main motorway (i.4) which has everything on it from Disney, Seaworld, universal, wet and wild and even a bible land park!!! you couldn't ask for a better situated villa, nothing is more than half an hour away.
The villa itself is lovely, we stayed there with another family and its so roomy that not once did we get under each others feat.
The rooms are big and airy, i had an on suite which was bigger than my bedroom back home!!. The living room is equipped with games, books, DVDs as well as satellite TV, so the teenagers in the family never got bored.
The pool is fantastic a real treat after a long trek around Disney or sea world, in fact it was one of the hi-lites swimming at 10 o'clock at night under neath the stars!
This villa is a real home from home, i would definitely recommend it to friends thinking of going to the U.S.

What a wonderful time we have had in your villa - the whole complex was clean and landscaped - between the highway 27 and i-4 interstate it was well positioned.

We found the villa well stocked with all mod cons. the booking process easy and friendly.

Having young children the crib and high chair and potty at no extra cost made the vacation all the more easier - a stroller would have maybe helped but they are available for hire at all parks - however talking to the owner she has said that she will be obtaining a stroller - so all in all a perfect vacation!

We had a wonderful time staying at your lovely villa. It had fantastic views over the wetlands and was very close to all the theme parks and amenties.

After long days out it was wonderful to come back and relax in the pool which was like a bath and watch the sun set.

We will definately be coming back

What a wonderful stay we had a 162 Windsor Place! The house was fantastic! Many wonderful amenities
accented spacious and tastefully decorated living areas. The pool, with an option of heating, was a marvelous respite for our children after walking around Disney all day. The well stocked kitchen area made cooking convenient. All in all, 162 Windsor Place was truly an affordable "home away from home".
An added bonus was working through the advertising agency and with the owner. E-mailing was a quick and convenient way to work out details. Friendly responses affirmed our
belief that our accommodations would be nothing but the best. We weren't disappointed.
