SunDestin Unit 1409 is a cozy one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Relax and unwind in the open-concept living/dining space with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. There’s plenty of room in the fully-appointed kitchen for whipping up frozen drinks, prepping meals and serving up snacks. Enjoy time together at the dining table or in the living room with a flat-screen TV and seating for all! Gather on the balcony and enjoy morning coffee with the sunrise or perhaps cocktails with the sunset is more your thing. Settle in for the night on the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat screen television, en suite bathroom, and stackable washer/dryer for added convenience.

Stay close and book an evening cruise along the Destin harbor, just five minutes away! If shopping is more your thing, head out to Destin Commons, a 20-minute drive, for lunch/dinner, a movie, and an afternoon spent browsing boutiques and shops.

The property is great! Room was clean when we got there. Bathrooms are close together but it worked for us ! The balcony view is great!!

The weather was perfect. The beach was nice and clean and close. The condo was updated and clean. Our view from the balcony was excellent. Going back next year.

Not a good beach experience in front of resort!

Unit we stayed in was good. Luggage cart situation was not good. Instead of returning carts to the Lobby they have signs everywhere telling you to leave them on the floor your on? Internet was slow! If you want to sit on the beach and look at the ocean you have to sit behind the overpriced beach chairs and umbrella's everyday. They line them up all the way in front of the resort. If you like to sit on the beach and look at the water, don't go there!

Great location with beautiful views of the ocean

Everything was as described. The view is absolutely stunning! We had issues with cable signal so we streamed from my phone, this was easy to do. Be prepared to bring coffee filters and seasonings, there is nothing in the condo. Other than that the kitchen had a good supply of utensils. Check out was easy, don’t lose your room keys, there’s a $10 fee per lost key. We love this complex, the amenities were outstanding. Wet and dry saunas, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and pools. Anything you could want. Location was central and everything was relatively close. Beaches were clean and the bed was comfortable.
