BEACHFRONT w plunge pool POR FIN SANDY LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!

We arrived on a friday evening. 2 families: 4 adults and 3 small children, from Montreal, Canada.

We were delighted with the house and the spot. There is a huge backyard, with pool, lunch area and an incredible view right on the beach. The house is practical, but could be more luxurious, with the price its rented. The beds are very comfortable and everything is clean.

When we went to bed, we were very happy and couldnt wait the morning to enjoy the place. Our enthousiasm stopped at 10hpm when very very loud music started !

For your information, the : "could be a bit noisy on week ends" told by the owner is a bar 2 houses away that has dj's on friday and saturday night from 10pm-2 am and live bands on monday nights 10pm-2am !

With windows closed, air conditionning on and ear plugs we couldnt sleep. What a nice way to start a vacation...

The set-up is great, location and everything, but we would never have rented this house if we had known from the start the bar was so close to the house. We went to sleep elsewhere the friday dans saturday of the second week...

When we told the owner, she said we were aware of the noise... Well i take this few minutes to be very clear to futur travelers, because she wasnt. Its not just a bit of noise and it was 6 nights on a total of 14.

It wont get any better because they were buidling a huge patio extension when we were there over the beach... good luck.

This was my second time staying at one of Anna's properties, and the only thing left to be said is....I need to plan a third trip!

Por Fin Sandy Beach was an amazing property. It was all about location for us. We had a group of 6 and the accommodations were amazing. The house itself was great, we opened up all the doors and windows during the day and night and got a true taste of outdoor living. By day were able to step right on to the beach! Off the beach, it was nice to use the outdoor shower, open some coconuts and relax in the afternoon sun in the plunge pool, then nap in the hammock.

We cooked on the grill every night (grocery store is a short drive) and sat in the chairs, under the stars and listened to music and the surf right in our back yard. We hit the surf in the a.m. at Sandy Beach, then to the Panderia up the hill for breakfast. The afternoon surf (due to wind) was better at Maria's and other breaks, here the sunsets and happy hours are great.

Nearby are some great places to take walks to (walk down the beach, shopping at a store called The Red Door, bars like RBCV, Tamboo and Pools (Great Sushi) and Mangos (The people at Mangos were AMAZING! Board rentals were great and shopping for the girls was perfect!)

The neighborhood is the perfect mix of rest, sun, surf, relaxation, and the option to hit the local bar scene and have some fun. We met a lot of great people and had a phenomenal trip. We were able to head to Aguadilla to some other great beaches and surf spots (Crash Boats & Wilderness 'Wildo'), we also took a short trip to go zip-lining and repelling.

So, just as the title says, it's "a little bit of everything". The house was clean, VERY comfortable beds, and great amenities. It is a very cool, exotic spot with a touch of home. We enjoyed the local people and vibe very much. I worked in the service, hotel and travel industry for over 13 years and this place is on point if your looking for a switch from the resorts.

"Only tell your closest friends!" ;-)

We had our best family vacation ever at Por Fin Sandy Beach! The location was the best! We all had an amazing time: relaxing, long boarding, snorkeling...the pool was the perfect size for our two year old granddaughter. She had a ball! Having the beach on your doorstep is perfect too - whenever she got bored with the beach, we didn't have to pack everything up...just walked about ten feet to our house! The house is great - very clean and well-maintained. Every bedroom had a/c units that worked VERY well! We kept the kitchen windows open to enjoy the magnificent view but we slept very comfortably with our a/c! (Just a warning - there's no traditional "bathtub" so we had to improvise with baths for our granddauther.)

Rincon is an amazing area - so charming and authentic. Everyone was incredibly friendly. We ate at Tamboo (two doors from Sandy Beach), Banana Dang, English Tea Rose for breakfast - all were delicious and easy to get to. Things did get loud on Friday and Saturday night when Tamboo had a band and DJ but it's such a fun place - you might as well join them!

On the way back, we drove to San Juan and stayed at the Best Western in the airport ( it was clean and so convenient to just leave and be right at the airport the next morning). We spent the Sun. evening walking around Old San Juan which was just beautiful. We agreed that it was the way to go rather than leave Rincon at the crack of dawn to catch out flights in San Juan.

Bottom line - Rincon is paradise and Por Fin Sandy Beach is the perfect beach rental!
