Take a walk along this gorgeous shoreline for miles!! After that exercise, lunch and a cocktail at one of the local beach bars within walking distance from the house, can be guilt free. Comfortable for multifamily groups with 2 kitchens, 2 living/dining areas, 2 baths, and 4 bedrooms. Newly remodeled and furnished. Sleeps up to 12 with use of the sofa bed. [extra charge for 12 guests] Ceiling fans in every room, air-conditioned bedrooms, but best by far is that tropical ocean breeze through the double french doors at Casa Por Fin Sandy Beach. Rincon is a small surfing town that some call 'The best kept secret' in Puerto Rico. The locals are friendly and helpful and welcome you to our little piece of paradise in the Caribbean. Casa Por Fin Sandy Beach, located in the Puntas section of Rincon, is on one of the most desired beaches for surfing, swimming, and sunbathing. The wide beaches are great for sunbathing. The sandy bottom makes this spot great for beginner surfers. There are a few surf schools down the road a bit. Lots of beach bars and restaurants to choose from, all within walking distance from the house. We are about 1 mile from the shopping area of town. The city of Mayagues, about 20 min. away, has a Sam's Club so bring your club card if you are traveling with a large group. There are 2 nice casinos in Mayaguez. The city of Aguadilla is about 20 min. in the opposite direction. You will find a brand new Casino at the Marriot Hotel, and a golf course at Ramey Base.

Duvet covers are used on the comforters for all beds. These are washed after each and every rental, which insures fresh, clean bedding for your stay. We have pack and plays available for babies. There is a queen size sofa bed in the living room for extra guests. All bedrooms are airconditioned and have a ceiling fan. We have just installed new noise reducing window in the bedrooms. Due to the charge the airlines have for extra bags, we now have for your convenience, hair dryers, alarms clocks, DVD player, Baby booster seats, childrens pool toys, some beach toys/ boards, available for your use. Just ask before you arrive. We will try to have these things for you. bring your iPod and ipod dock.

The sandy area of the yard is like having your own private beach that looks out onto Sandy Beach of Rincon. A comfortable house for large groups of family or friends. Lots of outdoor space to gather, but yet separate areas for private time. Walk to the most popular beach bars and restaurants right from the house. Casa Islaena, Tamboo, Bungers, Casa Verde, and Pools Bar. We have pack and play, hair dryer, DVD players, etc. available for use at your request. This is a private home not shared with any other people. The grounds and the home are for you and your guests only. Not a condo, townhouse, or shared home. Property Manager/owner is always just a phone call away to quickly resolve problems or answer questions you may have.

We loved the location, view and beautiful spot. The ocean is just steps away, the yard and pool were perfect. Loved the outdoor showers. Only a couple of houses down the beach to the beach bars and resturants. Safe area with good parking. Enjoyed both Anna and Ryan as hosts. Nice transaction. Would love to return.

We had a great time! The kids all enjoyed the night life, and got to know quite a few people. The ocean was so warm we spent a lot of time there as well.
We spent 1 day in San Juan and half a day snorkeling. There was so much more to do but we rather enjoyed hanging out as well. You have a beautiful place and hopefully we can return soon. Thank you. Sandy and family. BEAVER DAM WISCONSIN

Vacation with friends in an absolute PARADISE!!!

I recently returned from my first visit to Rincon. I went on vacation with a group of 6 of my closest friends(guys and girls). Por Fin Casa II was absolutely PERFECT for all of us. The house is very well taken care of. We cooked at home almost every night because there wasn't a better view than the one we had right in our backyard!! The location right on the beach, next to one of the best bars(Tamboo) was ideal. Anna was very easy to deal with and made our stay amazing. We all had such a great time we are planning on coming back in November. Anna-Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. You were a pleasure to deal with and we WILL be seeing you again.

Fantastic place and great owners

Other reviewers have mentioned many of the great things about this place. Of course the best is a nice long soak in the hot tub, starry skies overhead, a lit-up cruise ship passing by out at sea, with a pitcher of pina coladas after a "hard" day at the beach. But the runner-up has to be waking up in the morning, throwing open the big french doors downstairs, and eating breakfast in front of the beautiful ocean. It is a knockout view. I've stayed here and at the owner's other property, on Dogman's Beach---both very highly recommended, for anyone.

Great Spring Break Destination!

For those looking to go away on spring break and relax while still having a good time, Rincon is the place to go and Por Fin II Sandy Beach is the place to stay. My friends and I (all seniors in college) had the time of our lives. Relax all day, party all night. It truly is a place to enjoy your spring break to the fullest while avoiding all the complete insanity of Cancun, Acapulco, etc. The house is within walking distance to many of the local hot spots such as Tamboo, Casa Verde, Bungers, and Pools Bar while being with in a short/cheap cabs ride to The Spot, Calypso and the Lazy Parrot. The owners of the house are great and willing to help in any way they can. The recent renovations to the place are also great, the hot tub especially. I would recommend this place to anyone, whether it be a family, group of adults, or kids looking to have a good time. The place is safe, relaxing and exciting all at the same time. My friends and I are already thinking of doing a reunion in the future.
