This beautiful 1BR/1BA, 2nd floor condo boasts an incredible golf course view from its screened balcony. You will find everything you need on your vacation as the unit is Turnkey Furnished. Just steps away from the Meadows clubhouse.

The Meadows offers three 18-hole golf courses, 17 Har-true tennis courts, miles of walking paths through the lush tropical setting, a shopping center, and is located just minutes to downtown and our world famous beaches. Come see for yourself why we have so many repeat vacationers.

About The Owner

We live in St. Louis, MO and have been coming to the Meadows to golf for nearly 30 years. We are retired from career jobs - city manager (Frank) and healthcare administration, nurse & social worker (Jane). We now spend our time traveling, golfing, and enjoy art (lots of galleries and the wonderful Ringling Art Museum in Sarasota).

What makes this condo unique

Our one bedroom condo has served us and our family well - a great get-away near the club house and restaurants. We also enjoy walking the paths through the Meadows, seeing the beautiful plants, birds & occasional serpents.
