We have 3 new homes including a 3 bedroom yacht!!

New- 3rd bedroom - Queen size bed with single trundle underneath in 3rd bedroom so you can sleep 3 adults.

2nd Bedroom Queen Bed - sleeps 2 adults

Master bedroom - Queen size bed and Cal. King in Master bedroom with single rolling cot and queen size air mattress and crib- sleeps 7 adults and one baby.

(groups over 12ppl incur $100 charge)

Our 2250 sq. ft home PLUS rooftop deck gives you approx 3000 sq feet to enjoy in the heart of down town Huntington Beach on a quite friendly street approximately 1/2 of a mile from the beach. Every room has a TV with cable (HBO in master bedroom and living room) and the living room has a 52 inch wide high definition wide screen TV with DVD and surround sound, high speed wireless internet access. Main Street is less than five short blocks away and takes about five minutes

Amenities include a fireplace, cable TV, a CD player, a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils, linens, a washer, dryer, garage, gas grill (barbecue). Bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella are provided. And you're welcome to park in our two-car garage.

If you're on a business trip, bring the whole family. You can work in peace in the office, which includes a phone, Internet, and a desk -- all for guests' use. We are just up the street from the Huntington Beach Hyatt and Hilton if you are here for a convention.

Take an evening walk or a mid-day bike ride to fabulous shopping and dinning. Enjoy sunbathing at the beach or just people-watching. Everything you need from an evening barbecue to a day at the beach is on the premises.

Huntington Beach (Surf City) has some of the most consistent waves on the coast, and offers great breaks for beginners and experts. Learn to surf at Corky Carols Surf School.

  • This huge Master Bedroom has a fantastic office desk, fax, high speed wireless internet and printer. There is an extra couch and TV with cable, mini fridge and large bathroom with his and her sinks, shower and Jacuzzi tub (not to be mistaken with the Jacuzzi in the back yard) and a laundry shoot drops your clothes directly into the laundry room so you never need to leave! Bedroom 2 and 3 have a full bathroom between them accessible form both bedrooms with shower, bath tub and his and her sinks. All bedrooms are large and have TV with cable and phones, lots of closet space and privacy.

My family rented this house to attend my daughter's graduation from Biola University. The house is convenient to the beach, downtown HB, and to routes to the rest of LA. There was plenty of room for our family to spend time together or have some personal time. To save money, we cooked most of our meals in the fully equipped kitchen instead of going out. My wife and kids loved the hot tub. The whirlpool tub in the master bath is nice, too. One feature not noted in the ad is the roof-top deck, my kids loved spending time up there. The beds are really comfortable, especially the Temperpedic in the first bedroom. There is also a banana plant in the front yard that provided us ripe bananas while we were there.

We enjoyed the home so much it was very hard to leave.the location was a very pleasant walk to downtown and the beach.the decor was wonderful and spacious.It had everthing for all ages.The entire family want me to book time in the summer, I think we may be regulars!!

We had a wonderful stay at our rental property on 7th ST
It was close to main street and the beach and believe we
could not have picked a better place to stay. The house
was full of every amenity you could ask for at a beach house
from bikes,beach toys, grill, margarita machine and the list
goes on. The roof top view was perfect for morning coffee
to night cap to end each perfect night. We are already planning
to book it again for next year : )

Great location!

We stayed here for one week and this was a perfect location for us. It was about one mile to the beach and we walked and/or used the bikes to get around. We liked where it was since it was close enough to all of the action during the US Open of Surfing yet far enough away that we did not have any difficulty parking when we took the car out. We enjoyed the hot tub, the BBQ, and the roof top patio. We felt like we were home. It was very comfortable. We would definately stay here again.
