Tidewater Beach Resort is located in West Panama City Beach overlooking 636 feet of pristine white sand and emerald waters. This well-appointed 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the 12th floor has incredible gulf views from your kitchen, living area, and private balcony. Newly decorated with all the comforts of home, this unit includes: master bedroom with king bed, private bath, and flat screen TV, twin bunk bed alcove, second full bath with shower/tub combo, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, large living area sleeper sofa, Large Flat Screen TV, cable, free Wifi, and all linens. Tidewater Resort amenities include 2 lagoon pools, heated indoor pool, 4 hot tubs, 4,300 sq. ft. fitness center with Roman spa, movie/theater room, arcade, on site movie rentals, and up to 2 covered parking spaces . There is a $35.00 resort fee (per reservation) payable to Tidewater upon check-in. This will include your parking passes and wrist bands. Guests must be 25 or older unless they are a child of a registered guests.

Very nice property.

I stayed with my two grand girls. It was a very nice condo. There was olenty of space for the 3 of us. The master bedroom shower was awesome. The condo property overall was clean. Willstay again.

Elevator

The only complaint we have would be the long wait for the elevators. I suggest you stagger your guest, so that we are not checking in and out at the same time.

Wonderful Stay

The place was exactly as listed and clean. The only complaint I have with this resort is the elevators. It took us over an hour to get one when checking out.

Not the best

This property was not very clean upon entering. Several pieces of furniture were stained, the table, floor, counters, etc. needed a more thorough cleaning. We went to the store to pick up cleaning supplies and cleaned ourself. The worst part of the trip was waiting almost an hour every single time we needed the elevator. Several times, the elevators weren’t working (several people even got stuck) and we have to take the 12 flights of stairs. We have stayed at Tidewater several times, so we were prepared for backed up elevators, but this is the worst it’s ever been. My husband has had 2 hip replacement surgeries, so it wasn’t always an option to take the stairs. Waiting an hour (No exaggeration...literally an hour) with two kids just to catch an elevator, was miserable. With being on the 12th floor, when elevators finally stopped on our floor, they were already completely full by the time the elevator got to us. We love Tidewater, but as far as what we got for the price, I was disappointed. We have stayed in much nicer, cleaner units for much less. The view, of course, was beautiful.
