Four bedroom, 3-bath, light, airy and spacious air-conditioned villa with privately screened swimming pool and spa.

Located on the peaceful Indian Creek community and furnished to a high standard throughout. Only 3 miles from Disney and 1 mile from the comprehensive Formosa Gardens shopping centre with its many restaurants.

All rooms have ceiling fans and the spacious living area comprises:

A large living room overlooking pool with large flat-screen TV, VCR and telephone; formal dining area; fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen; nook breakfast area overlooking pool.

Master bedroom features king sized bed, ample storage including walk-in wardrobe, TV, large en-suite bathroom with family shower, oval bath-tub, toilet and two wash basins and access to pool deck.

Bedroom 2 features a queen-sized bed, ample storage and wardrobe space and TV with full adjacent bathroom.

There are two twin bedrooms, each with ample storage, wardrobe space and TV. Adjacent full bathroom serves both bedrooms.

Games room with pool-table, air hockey, foosball, electronic darts board and TV.

The Universal Studios and Sea World attractions are approximately 15 minutes from Indian Creek.

Additionally, there are approximately 50 golf courses within the locality.

It is approximately 75 minutes to the Gulf and Atlantic coasts.

Thank you Michael for your prompt emails and follow up with our reservation. We had a terrific time and were please with the villa, location, pool and having a washing machine! Only 5 minutes from Disney was wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet. The pictures of the villa are great and extras like cable, internet and table games for kids were nice. Thank you for sharing your home.
