This three-bedroom, two-bath farmhouse is ideal for large families or small family reunions. Located on Lodge Creek, off the Yeocomico River, it is just a short run to the Potomac River and the Chesapeake Bay. The house sits atop a small knoll, overlooking Olverson's Lodge Creek Marina, a family owned and operated facility (not a working boatyard). A slip for your boat is even included. Relax in the outdoor heated swimming pool or in the shade under the huge tree as you listen to the twitter of the swallows or watch the osprey family in the nest. Try your hand at catching dinner off the dock or along the shoreline. Take a short drive to see the historical sites. There is plenty to do or nothing to do, whichever makes your vacation ideal!

Excellent water views and sitting area by the water. Great property for pets (lots of dog walking areas). Great screened porch. Remote location, good for boaters (marina at property). Quiet at time of year visited. Owners/Management very nice and laidback.
