Nice property and location.

The property was clean and comfortable. Could have had a few more towels and wash cloths. We made good use of the washer and dryer in the unit.

Wonderful Retreat!

We had a wonderful week at the beach! The condo was perfect and just as listed. The resort was private and secured. Communication was good, everything was clean, and the check in and out process was easy. We had everything we needed. We recommend!

Relaxing Visit

We spent a week here over Spring Break. The property was perfect for our family of 4. The location is fantastic. The beach is private and just steps away. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships coming and going. My only criticism would be that the bed in the downstairs bedroom sank in the middle and the bath towels were terrible, although it didn’t take away from our trip. Would highly recommend this property.

This is our 9th year staying at Royal Mansions and this was one of my favorite condos. Our 2 weeks went by way too fast. Communication with the property owners was fantastic. Cant wait to come back!

Mostly a good experience

Overall it was a beautiful unit close to the ocean, beautiful pool, very nice condo. The bad.... most uncomfortable bed in the world on the first level... I slept on the couch for 5 nights. No elevator, 3 floors of stairs, not great after a back surgery. Buy your own trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper??? That’s a first, and we’ve stayed in hundreds of different situations. 2 sliding doors that didn’t lock, anybody could enter the unit at will. Fortunately the cheap uncomfortable deck chairs were locked up with a cable on the deck. We did have a good time but was not our best experience.
