Magnolia is a 100-year-old summer house, located about 50 feet from the rocky shore of Fisherman's Cove. From the large front porch, you'll have a marvelous view of the tumultuous Atlantic Ocean -- and occasionally, up to 12 seals. From the back porch, you'll see a marsh filled with marshlife. It's just a five-minute walk to sandy Crescent Beach. This is a wonderful beach for children -- it's shallow, and filled with interesting fish creatures. Fisherman's Cove is a quiet area of Wells, adjacent to Moody Point. This three-bedroom unit is half the house; the other unit is inhabited by the owner. The upper deck is part of the owners' area, not the rented unit. We are on the trolley route, which will take you around the town -- meeting up with the Ogunquit trolley, which will drive you around Ogunquit. Wells is bordered by Ogunqit and Kennebunkport, and has many wonderful restaurants, antique shops, and playhouses.

June and September are lovely months to visit Wells. The weather is beautiful and the Summer crowds are gone. We are pleased to offer this rental for $950 a week.
