First and foremost, this is a very nice house and property in a very nice area with spectacular scenary all around. It was very comfortable for 6 middle-aged couples who enjoyed it's many amenities.
However, the day before we arrived Sedona was subject to torrential rains, resulting in some flooding in the hallway leading to 3 of the bedrooms on the lower level - these things happen. Unfortunately, the property manager was out of the country on vacation and had transposed a couple of digits in the phone # for the handyman she'd left us. A couple of days later she responded to our email and gave us the correct #, whereupon we found out that the handyman was away in LA. Fortunately he called a buddy and the problem was looked after - however, some of us had 3 nights of tip-toeing over soggy carpets to get to the bedrooms. The owner left a note to apologize.
Later on we found that both of the propane tanks for the BBQ were empty and that the Jenn-Aire grill in the kitchen wasn't working properly.
Other than the above, everything else in the house worked. The house is also fully equipped with just about everything one could want. The pool area was great - we used the hot tub quite a bit and sat out everynight to look at the stars (one nice thing about Sedona is very little light pollution due to few street lights).
