This six-bedroom, 5,000 square-foot home is great for a large group such as family reunions. The house is fully-equipped with everything you need while on vacation in beautiful Sedona, Arizona. Outside, there's a large heated swimming pool with an attached whirlpool. Outside is also a great place to enjoy a barbecue on the gas grill, while you watch the sun set into starry skies. This lovely evening atmosphere is set off by the red rock that surrounds the area. There are three fully-landscaped lawns, with lots of roses and strawberries, to enjoy in the daytime hours. The home is set up to handle groups of 12. Inside, you will find four full baths and a sauna with attached shower room. There are two master suites -- one upstairs and one downstairs. Both have fireplaces and plenty of space. The dining room is furnished with a large maple table that can seat 12.

Sedona is located about 25 miles south of Flagstaff. The elevation is 4000 feet which creates a very temperate high desert climate. The area is most noted for the incredible natural scenery throughout the area. The Red Rocks of Sedona are unlike any area in the world. Oak Creek Canyon which lies between Sedona and Flagstaff goes from 7000 feet in elevation down to 4000 feet. Oak Creek Canyon is very lush with trees and vegetation unlike that which is not normally found in the desert. Sedona is only 100 miles from the Grand Canyon which makes a day trip very easily done. There are lots of outdoor things to do; great drives and hikes everywhere.

We had a fabulous week in Sedona for our Son's Wedding! Renting this house made our spectacular Wedding experience just marvelous! We do appreciate so much all of the help of the efficient Agent, and we look forward to coming back to Sedona with our extended family and staying there at this house again. This house really is a "Sedona Paradise."

Sedona is a gorgeous getaway and Jane Russel's past house is a perfect place to use as a home base. 6 roomy bedrooms made it easy for the whole family and friends to get together. And the hot tub was able to be set low enough for our infant to actually swim in March. We used the kitchen every day for almost every meal. The master bed/bath is gorgeous.

My family and friends and I spent a dreamy week at this glorious spot in an upscale and quiet section of Sedona.
House and grounds were spotlessly clean, and the contact person, Susan, was super helpful.
The views in all directions are breathtaking and the pool and hot tub made it perfect. Go! And bring your hiking sneakers for all those incredible Sedona scenic spots.

Fantastic Views, Tons of Room

A dozen of us piled into this house for the '09 holidays, and we had a wonderful 10 days. We are already talking about going back, although it's a long haul for us.

Start with the 220 degree view of spectacular geology, star gazing, rock watching. The house is on the heights above upper Sedona. From dawn to sunset you can't stop looking. Sunrise on the red rocks. Sunset on the red rocks. The pool deck and the living room have the best views in the house, as it should be.

The house is huge, the rooms are comfortable, the master bedrooms have fireplaces, which comes in handy in December and is at least decorative most of the rest of the year. The dining table was big enough to seat us all comfortably. Lots of elbow room in the kitchen. And the yard is really, really big.

You're a few hundred yards from the mouth of Oak Creek Canyon here and there are at least 20 good hikes within 5 miles of the house. It's a short walk down to the main street of upper Sedona, which is charming if you avoid the time share sellers. The neighborhood around this house is charming--beautiful, really.

All in all, it's a wonderful place. We miss is.
