This apartment is a steal for the money. It is in a perfect location ocean front. The view is beautiful. The ocean is steps away.

The inside is very tastefully decorated. It has plenty of room. Having a washer/dryer in the apartment is a huge convenience. A lot of rentals share the W/D for the building. Big kitchen. Nice living room sitting area. Two good sized bedrooms. Two nice full baths, both with showers.

Antonella is very easy to work with. She is very organized. Obviously she has been doing this a while. We never even spoke! Did the whole deal by email. She gave me her cell number but we never needed it.

It is very refreshing to pay for something and have everything turn out exactly the way you expected it. Our family has booked MANY vacation rentals over the past 15 years. This was the best for the money by far. Our son has two more years of baseball tournaments in Myrtle. We will be back in this unit next year.

We rented D3 because my son had a week long baseball tournament .It is only few minutes drive from Cal Ripken, so it's very convenient. The unit is so clean,spacious and well maintained. Everything we need is there, except for detergents and personal stuff. We enjoy watching the ocean waves right in front of the balcony night and day. However, this condo building itself is old with carpeted stairs and hallways, but Antonella upgraded everything in the unit. Newer A/C, wood floors, huge kitchen with barely used appliances,kitchenware,utensils, dinnerware, ceiling fans in every room, lighting fixtures are nice, washer and dryer,etc....It's like home away from home. The only minor comment I had ( which I don't think is a set back for general populations ) was there's NO elevator, and we were in the 3rd floor. It's a long week, we were a family of 5, so from home we packed up big suit cases, carrying big loads climbing upstairs,we were huffing and puffing with our tounge sticking out by the time we reached the 3rd floor. We also had BIG coolers packed with bottled water,gatorade,sodas, ice for the baseball tournament. But by the end of this heavy liftings, we could just pull the chair in the balcony, relax and enjoy the magnificent ocean view anytime we want. Antonella is very professional, she answers phone calls,emails, very prompt,we received the deposit in 2 days. We will definitely come back and rent this unit again and again, as long as we play another tournaments in Ripken, but this time with very light baggage ;-). We know this time that we don't need to pack that much because the condo got everything.

I've stayed here for the last five years and I'm going to keep coming back. You can't ask for a better location and the unit has everything you need. I'd recommend this unit to anyone!
