Located in Bucerías, this resort is in the city center and on the waterfront. Cruise Ship Terminal and Nayar Vidanta Golf are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Bay of Banderas and Playa Bucerias. Los Arroyos Verdes and Splash Water Park Vallarta are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

About the host

Our family is from Utah in the U.S. We love to adventure and travel, and have typically went on two vacations a year. We've been to Alaska, Hawaii, Disney properties, and of course, Mexico as a family. We also love to meet people of different cultures and race as we travel and get to know local cultures, cuisine, and practices. Thus, although we embrace the luxury provided by our properties for rent, we also love leaving the resorts in different parts of Mexico to see how people live, try the food, shopping, and see the sights one cannot see on the resorts. Because we rent weeks at time, you will have plenty of time to enjoy the water and fun on the resorts as well as the tours and sights to be seen off the properties.
We have had challenges have children, but have been blessed with three amazing children (one of them now deceased), a son who is almost 18 and a Senior in High School and a daughter who is 15 and in her Softmore year. Leta is a makeup artist, business owner, public speaker, and author. She an Independent Distributor and leader for Senegence International, an international direct marketing company that sells high quality skincare makeup and hair products at better-than-salon prices. She is also now growing a non-profit company called Jeddito, designed to raise money to help support the native Americans of Jeddito, AZ and other native Americans elsewhere who have been disproportionally affected by the pandemic.
Nathan is an Intellectual Property attorney specializing in patent law in the U.S. and abroad. He has a BS degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, and minors in math and physics. He loves all things technical and helping companies of all sizes, and some pro bono inventors as well, capture and protect proprietary inventions. He also helps them avoid infringement and deal with IP disputes. Nathan served a tour in the U.S. Army, and is a partially disabled veteran who is proud of his service and his Country.

Why they chose this property
We won an auction a number of years ago for a Charity, and bought a week vacation to Vidanta's Grand Mayan in Nuevo Vallarta. It took a while to book through the member who generously donated the room, so were excited to be able to vacation there in the Puerto Vallarta area in early 2019. We thoroughly enjoyed the vacation, the property, access to a kitchen, amazing cuisine, lazy river, and being able to affordably go on so amazing tours (through Vallarta Adventures, although there are other options as well). As a family that has already traveled quite a lot, enjoys skiing, cycling, running, hiking, and adventuring, we found an amazing vacation option that will never get old. Oh, and although we don't golf much, we got pro lessons for free - it was a blast. The husband and son definitely want to return to the golf courses.
Leta is very connected, loves people, sales, and so becoming a member of the Vidanta family was a natural, and synergistic, opportunity for her customers. She is an Ambassador for Vidanta and is able to connect select friends and family to guest vacations in addition to the units we are able to rent. The earnings will help fund future vacations.
