Our beautifully decorated, nautical-themed townhome is located in the Waterfront Country Club section of Smith Mountain Lake, Virginia. This recently renovated home's main level features a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, living room, and a deck -- all facing the main channel and mountains. The upper level has a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a breathtaking mountain and lake view. The second bedroom has two twin beds which can be converted to a queen. A full bathroom is between both bedrooms. The lower level has a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a den with a queen-size sleeper sofa and a comfortable double sleeper futon. This room also has a foosball table. Off this room is a lower-level patio. The townhome has a covered dock with an electric hoist, and a floater dock for sunning. Outdoor activities include boating, sailing, fishing, and golf. This is a great price for a beautiful vacation rental at Smith Mountain Lake.

Smith Mountain Lake is a jewel of Virginia. The lake has 500 miles of shoreline and is about 20000 acres in size. Activities year round are varied from wine festivals, boat parades, home tours, fishing tournaments and many other activities. Smith Mountain Lake State Park is on the north side of the lake with beach, hiking trails, etc. Golf is available at several courses. The Blue Ridge Parkway is 30-40 minutes away and the Booker T Washington Memorial and National D-Day Memorial are close by as well. For those needing boat rentals there are many available. Shopping and restaurants are a short drive away.
