'SURF' is an open and airy cottage especially set-up for enjoyable beachside living. It is located directly across the street from Fisherman's Beach and has recently undergone a complete renovation from top to bottom. See and hear the ocean from every room both upstairs and downstairs. An ideal location for seaside family fun. This professionally decorated home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with traditional Nantucket style. The first floor provides an open living room and kitchen layout. Brand new appliances, cabinets and granite countertops. All new furniture, furnishings, linens, wireless internet and electronics for the 2008 season. Two decks and teak furniture allow for plenty of outdoor dining and entertaining. Outdoor shower, full washer and dryer and 2 flat screen TVs. Brand new landscaping completes the scene. Please note: This property can be rented in conjunction with 44R Nonantum (''TURF'') to provide a private family compound with 7 total bedrooms which sleep 12.

Kitchen includes new cabinetry, granite countertops, lighting and island. Two decks and an outdoor shower are easily accessible from the kitchen area. Full-sized washer and dryer are located in the utility closet adjacent to the kitchen. Living room provides plenty of seating, flat screen TV, and DVD/stereo. Down the hallway are located 2 bedrooms. One bedroom contains a queen sized bed and private bathroom. This bedroom provides southerly facing views of the ocean. The other first floor bedroom contains 2 twin beds. Full guest bathroom is also located along this hallway. On the second floor is a spacious master bedroom with a queen sized bed. Sweeping southerly ocean views, large sitting area and new hardwood floors make this a very comfortable space. All bedrooms and living area are newly decorated- traditional Nantucket decor.
