Each house offers 2 bedrooms and a full bath, kitchen with dining for 6, washer & dryer and gas bbq grill.

The red farmhouse is a delightful, country-chic, totally remodeled home with a private tree-top deck and the green cottage has fabulous city style with an open floor plan, bedrooms leading to the landscaped garden plus a private & secluded patio accessible only through the house. A short drive to the Historic Sonoma Plaza, walking distance to the Sonoma Mission Inn and nearby shops / cafes. Featured in Sonoma Magazine, Spring 2007.

(Actually our date of arrival was Oct 2011, but the system won't allow me to go back that far.) in any case, my husband and I rented these adorable cottages for the week of our wedding in Oct 2011. They were perfect in every way! We stayed at both houses on previous visits to Sonoma and really enjoyed them. We knew this was the perfect location to gather with friends and relax before our wedding. The homes are cozy, impeccably maintained, and provide all the amenities you could ever need.

The owner (BJ) and her property manager (Jennifer) were very attentive and even had a bottle of champagne waiting for us upon arrival. It was a thoughtful and unexpected gesture to congratulate us on our upcoming wedding. The owner's efforts to go above and beyond to make our stay special, proves, yet again, that this is the BEST place to stay in wine country.

Rented both cottages for a family wedding in
June,2009. Green cottage with 2 bd/1 bath, good
size kitchen/living room with a lovely covered,
furnished porch which is a beautiful outdoor room.
Backyard is shared with the red house, also 2 bd/1
bath cottage with kitchen/eating area and living
room and an outdoor deck. This home also has a
covered garage.
Both homes are very tastefully furnished and the
outdoor spaces are well landscaped.
The owner, BJ, and Jennifer are very pleasant and
easy to deal with.
I highly recommend this rental.
