Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

Southpoint Condominium. Get-away in style. This tastefully appointed, Non-Smoking, oceanfront condominium has it all and AT THE BEST PRICE IN THE BUILDING. This unit has been totally re-modeled in December of 2010 and is beautiful. Ponce Inlet is an exclusive neighborhood just south of Daytona. The beach is pristine and traffic free making it great for kids, biking, or perhaps a romantic walk. The fifth floor gives a spectacular view of the ocean on one side and the Intercoastal Waterway on the other.

You will love the peace and quiet of this area, but yet it's only a short drive to all Central Florida attractions. Visit the historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and Museum and enjoy some of the areas best fishing with nearby charters and party boats. Dine at many waterfront restaurants, one just a short walk down the beach. The beach is white and no drive so it is safe for you and your children and is absolutely beautiful.

This condo is fully equipped with everything you need for a fun-filled vacation. We have WI-FI in the unit and 2 comfy recliners to watch HD TV. All you need to bring is your toothbrush.

DEPOSIT INFORMATION: A $250 deposit is needed per rental week ($500 per month) to secure your reservation. The rental fee is due 30 days prior to your arrival. The deposit is fully refundable upon inspection of the units condition following your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If the unit can be re-rented, refunds, minus a $50 processing fee, will be given for reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in date. No refunds given if unit cannot be re-rented or if cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to check-in date.

CHECK IN AND OUT: Check-in time is 3 P.M. (or earlier if ready) and check-out is 10 A.M.

This was our sixth year at Southpoint and truly the best because of unit 508. We found this unit to be exceptionally clean and well-furnished. Jim (owner) was easy to deal with and very professional. We are looking forward to another stay in this grear unit. You won't be disappointed!

We've stayed at Southpoint for the past dozen years or so and this is what my kids will always remember about Florida...Southpoint! This unit is hands down the BEST best thing that has happened to our stays in FL. We've stayed at this unit for the past 7 years running and 9 years (I think) in total. We love this place and the owner is the BEST person you could EVER ASK FOR to rent from. BAR NONE! This place feels like home and I WILL purchase a unit at Southpoint when the money in pocket meets the opportunity at hand. We've met some of the neatest people over the years and have developed great friendships from those meetings. Don't hesitate ONE BIT on renting this unit, you won't be disappointed.

We're going back this fall if it all works out.

We just returned from a week at this condo and it was great. The condo is exactly as described and photographed. It is well maintained, clean and very comfortable. This is a very quiet part of the beach yet just a short drive to all of the activity. It is located in a secured building with keyed access so it is also very secure. You are right on the beach and the view is incredible. We were even able to watch a dolphin one morning! The sunrises are beyond description! Jim was very helpful and answered all of my emails quickly. I highly recommend this condo and hope to visit again soon!

Great Home Away From Home!

We've used this condo for monthly stays several times, and always enjoyed it. The condo is beautifully decorated and well maintained. It's also very comfortable. It's in a great location on a no drive beach, near Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and wonderful local restaurants. From the deck, we've seen dolphins swimming, and while walking on the beach, found a large variety of seashells. This really is a great place to stay!
