Completely tiled dining, kitchen and hallways.The living room boasts an amazing view of the ocean, TV/DVD combo with cable, 2 leather sofas,large comfy chair and desk. Beautiful Ocean front condo with a spectacular view of the Ocean and Cocoa Beach Pier. This condo is directly on the ocean with a private entrance to the ocean and an amazing view from the 4th floor. About The Owner

We bought this condo for our kids to enjoy as they grow up here in South Florida. We live just a short 3 hour drive from the condo so we get to enjoy the beach several times a year. We rent out the place to help us afford such a great place for the kids to go every year. We are so glad we can share our home with you, where you can make great memories like we have.

Why The Owner chose Cocoa Beach

We bought in this location because it is the closest beach to Disney and because there is so much to do for kids and adults of all ages. It is a very safe area and well cared for. All the way around its a great vacation spot.

What makes this condo unique

Believed to be the Largest Beachside Pool in Cocoa Beach... Putting green and tennis courts, bike racks and convenient beachside access with private parking.

The condo had a good floor plan, but it was in dire need of repair and decorating. The patio screen was completely off; living room ceiling light broken; light switches did not work in bedrooms; large dirty spots on carpet; no indoor handle on bedroom patio door; mismatch dishes and in no order in cupboard; games for kids really old and falling apart; 5 remotes with no directions to operate TV and DVD; one broom with 1/2 handle and the other in terrible condition. The place badly in need of redecoration.

The only complaint I have is that the maintenance of the condo needs to be improved. They are getting a very good rental price and they need to roll some of it back into the property. The bathrooms need new towels - we purchased our own. Overall the condo was at an excellent location and the pool and grounds were great. We did receive excellent attention to any complaints we may have had by the owners and the local managers.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: In response to Terry's review we have replaced all the towels in the unit. Had we been made aware that the towels were unacceptable at the time of their stay we would have gladly purchased the new towels for them. But rest assured, all future guests will have nice new towels, and we look forward to sharing them with you.

Great spot. Condo was clean and comfortable. Needs to add a few more large pots and pans for " us oldies"who enjoy activities during the day and a late meal and relaxation at night. (Plenty of night life if desired) We would recommend to friends.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Once again we had a fabulous vacation in Cocoa Beach!! Second time at the Cocoa Beach Towers only this time we spent it with our daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter. Can't say enough about the unit, the 3 bedrooms, the 2 bathrooms, the beach toys, the full kitchen with all the utensils, and of course the view!! Looking forward to next year already!!

Fall Break Family Vacation

Upon our arrival all was in order. We utilized all of the amenities of our condo.We loved the location
since it was located on the beach. The weather was great . We had a great time at Universal Studios.
The drive to our destinations was direct and within 1 hour. Good friends of ours live in Cocoa Beach
and we enjoyed their company. We rate it as another wonderful vacation in Florida.
