Beautifully designed home all bick and stucco beachfront home

Right on the sand, 50 ft. from the water, located on “the” six-mile white sandy beach in Punta Banda, with great swimming, kayaking, fishing, and horseback riding, close to restaurants/bars.

This beautiful “Old World”-style, Spanish Colonial home, is over 2,100 sq.ft. + garage, and has a walled and private inner courtyard with fountain and plants, huge Beachfront patio with firepit, high, open-beam ceilings with skylights, ceiling fans, floor-to-ceiling windows which bring light, beach and ocean right into this artistic, colorful home. It has state-of-the-art appliances and kitchen, local Mexican artisan tile throughout, completely newly furnished, 3 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths. The master bedroom is also on the sand, with a breathtaking view of the ocean, and has it’s own fireplace with private bath. The 3rd bedroom is a huge area (15’ X 20’), with it’s own separate entrance. ”

right on “The” beach in Ensenada….huge home with lots of extras…you can tell the owner cares…my family would definitely come back..plus I saw some of the owners other properties on the beach… lots of selection for bigger groups..I might have a reunion next year!

The beds were a bit hard and the living room was the only t.v with satellite channels. Internet was helpful. Kitchen is roomy. Waking up in the morning and going for a walk or jog along the beach was the highlight of the trip. Every morning Dolphins would swim in fron tof the home.
