This 1600 square-foot Lantana Model has two-bedrooms & two-baths and is available for one month or longer rentals. It's situated in Del Webb's Sun City Grand, a 55 or older community in Surprise, Arizona -- less than one mile from the rec center, 4 golf courses, and all the major shopping centers. We also have 3 other rentals. One just like this and 2 on the golf course. The calendar shows availability for at least 1 of the 4 rentals. It's just 5 minutes to Surprise stadium-Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers. And it's 15 minutes to Peoria stadium-Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres. The home features a large open-space kitchen, a dining room, and a great room. There's a king-size bed in the master suite, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. Free High-Speed Wireless Internet (Bring your notebook).
