Tons of natural light, gourmet kitchen, den with flat screen TV, finished basement with pool room, living room with fireplace, home gym and full bathroom. Master bedroom has porch with water views. Master bath has jacuzzi tub and large open shower. Walk in his and her closets. Laundry with double washers and dryers. Large spaces for entertaining and outdoor patio with water views. Heated gunite pool with hot tub. 5 minutes to the village of Sag Harbor and close to the Shelter Island ferry.
