Great 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa at TradeWinds Homosassa Marina Resort on the canal.
The villa has its own 2 car garage, boat slip for rent and the community has a great swimming pool. On the first floor you will find the spacious living room with dining area, master bedroom (King) and bathroom with tub and separate shower. On the second floor there are 3 more bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a Queen, 1 bedroom with 2 Twins) and 2 more bathrooms. This villa sleeps a maximum of 8 persons.
Direct access to the Gulf of Mexico for great fishing, dolphin watching or swimming!
This villa has lots of amenities like Cable TV, flat screens, free wifi and its own gas BBQ.
Bring your own boat (docks are available and we can accommodate boats up to 26 ft) and enjoy the Homosassa Springs, the Homosassa River, the Nature Coast and the Gulf of Mexico.

Great Location + Boat Slips

We have stayed at Tradewinds for years renting different houses for scalloping season! We always come with a group and several boats. Plenty of parking for cars, trucks, and trailers. This property was great considering the slips we got were right behind the house. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the home when we checked in and not being provided any extra towels! Would stay here again next time we come back!

TradeWinds Homosassa Marina Resort is a very special place especially for boat lovers and fishermen. All the luxury villa's do have a boat slip for rent. Our property is on the Homosassa River with direct acces to the Golf of Mexico (app. 20 mins.).
