Located on 26 miles of pristine white sandy uncrowded beaches on residentual quiet North Topsail Beach,

Both direct beachfront and sound views ,beautiful sunrises,and sunsets. The Wilmington International Airport is a 35 minute drive. 'North Shore Golf and Ocean Club - only Coastal Carolina 4-star golf course' - Golf Digest.- is a five minute drive..

Full kitchen, High Speed Internet, Pool, W/D in unit, central air, heating, dishwasher, ceiling fans, books, movies, portable DVD player, VCR, local guide books, maps, rainy day games. Over the bridge is a shopping center with a grocery store, drugstore, gas station,several shops,restaurants.

Onsite pool, parking, tennis courts and BBQ Grills and utensils. ALL linens, towels, beach furniture included. The deck has a rocking chair, table and chairs. NO PETS .

Fishing Pier 5 minutes away, World Famous Turtle Hospital in Surf City.

Awesome Vacation!!!!!

This was probably one of the best vacation spots I have ever been to. Diane (the owner) is one of the nicest people I have ever met and I am so glad she chooses to share her condo with others. The views off the balcony are unbeatable and the condo is spectacular. I have gone there twice already and would love to go back again! I do not like to fly so I drove from NJ all the way there because I loved it so much! There are plenty of GREAT places to eat and see around the condo. I would reccommend going to the Sound of the Ocean to anyone because it is such a great place.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

I think that this property was a perfect size for the two of us. The view was great and the location good for what we wanted to do. The information basket proved to be very helpful, since we didn't know the area at all. The owner is very nice and good to work with as well.

Excellent Week!

The condo is too cute, it is RIGHT on the beach (which is what we were looking for), the beach is not crowded, so clean, warm and just amazing. From the balcony we watched the dolphins follow the fishing boats every morning.
Diane was a pleasure to deal and speak with. She was beyond helpful!
Surf City is pretty close and they have a little grocery store as well as shops and resturants.
It was the most perfect vacation!

Great time!

We loved this rental! The location was great, views from the balcony were awesome, and the "sound of the ocean" was soooo relaxing! You can sit on the balcony in the am and drink coffee and watch the waves!
Diane was so easy to work with and the entire experience was great!
We will be telling everyone about it, and we are going back...soon i hope!

Absolutely Perfect!

Thank you Diane for sharing your lovely condo. It was absolutely perfect for the three of us. The view from the front deck, as well as the back, were picture postcard. We enjoyed watching the shrimp boats, the many sea birds, and also a dozen dolphins (almost so close you could touch them). The first day it rained, but was not a problem---Lucy enjoyed your portable DVD player as we drove to Fort Fisher to take in the Aquarium.The ocean was spectacular at night also. With the full moon gleaming on the breakers, it was a light show to rival any 4th of July. Thank you again. We needed the respite from our busy lives, and came back home refreshed. Will see you again.
