Villa Corona at Sol y Playa:
Villa Corona is located beachront on the south side of Rincon on Corcega Beach. The area is quieter than the north side of town (except major holiday weeks like Christmas/New Years, Presidents Wk, & Easter), but close enough you can go enjoy the fun & then come home & relax in your beautiful piece of paradise! Walk for miles on the beautiful beaches. In the winter, you may spot the whales right out in front! The water is warm & delightful. English language movies are a 15 minute drive away (about $6.00 for adults & $3.75 for kids!). We have at least 3 Internet cafes in town. Casinos are 15-20 minutes away in Mayaguez or up at Aguadilla- about 30 minutes away. Great restaurants in Rincon. Major shopping with Borders Book Store, Sears, JC Pennys, Mega Marshalls, Walmart, K-Mart, Sam's Club, Applebees & more as well as Chili's, Pizzaria Uno, Long Horn Steak House, Sizzler & more in Mayaguez. Close enough if you need them but not in your back yard!
Reservation Rules:
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of reservation by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. The balance is due 30 days before arrival by same credit card. If less than 30 days until check-in, payment in full is due at time of reservation. No reservations should be assumed until the initial deposit or payment is made and a signed contract is received by the renter from Island West Properties. Please do not make any travel plans that can not be changed until you have received your signed contract. Homes can not be held without a deposit. First payment will have the reservation. Must be at least 25 years old & present during stay. Not suitable for unaccompanied Spring Break students.
