MAIN LEVEL
•Only 4 steps to enter the property with the top step only being 2-3 ft off the ground
•Master bedroom with log king bed, TV (190 channels provided), jacuzzi tub and en suite full bathroom with tub/shower combo

•Fully stocked kitchen (Keurig and regular coffee pot provided)

•Living area with TV (190 channels provided as well as Netflix and tons of DVDs)

•Closet with 2 single cots that guest can set up for children/small adults; we've found that the cots are a lot more comfortable than a sofa bed or air mattress

•A startup supply of regular coffee, decaf coffee, and hot chocolate pods is provided
•A startup supply of tea, sugar, creamer, and paper is towels is provided
•A startup supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and toilet paper is provided
•All linens and towels are provided

THE PROPERTY
•Property is on 1 acre so there will not be other cabins right next to or in front of you (for example: a big cabin development), but there is one cabin across the street. There are also other cabins sprinkled along our road.
•Paved roads all the way
•Outdoor BBQ grill (We do not provide charcoal)

AREA ATTRACTION DISTANCES
•15 minute drive to Dollywood
•15 minute drive to Pigeon Forge
•25 minute drive to Gatlinburg Space Needle
•22 minute drive to downtown Sevierville
(All location timing is dependent on traffic & weather)

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

ROADS
•Roads narrow and a few parts become steep as you get near the cabin. However, if you want to be in a true cabin IN the mountains, you will have to navigate this with any cabin you book. Trust us, you'll be a pro after you have driven it once.

MOUNTAIN VIEW
•There is no mountain view, but the secluded feeling of being in the tree tops makes up for it!

MASTER BEDROOM
•Log king bed is very large & takes up most of the space in the master bedroom. The blackout curtains make it a perfect sleeping den though!

WIFI
•WIFI can be slow, and not the best for streaming or even browsing on devices. Emailing on your laptop typically works, but the signal may not always be very reliable. We have the option for only one internet service provider in our area at this time. The signal/speed is not always the best. You are in the mountains after all!

CELL SERVICE
•Cell phone signal can also be a bit spotty at times but typically works okay. It just may be a bit slow for browsing on your phone or video chatting.

Amazing property. Has everything you could possibly need.

This cabin was everything we wanted and more. Attention to detail is phenomenal!! We’ve used VRBO many times and this cabin is by far the best one we’ve ever stayed in. If we had to list anything negative it was that the bed was so comfortable we slept in a few days and got to the the trails later than we planned… LOL (definitely NOT a complaint!! Extremely comfortable beds!).

Beautiful escape into the mountains

This cabin is wonderful, and the owners thought of everything when setting it up. We expected a nice place to stay and were surprised with a 5 star, luxurious experience. We expected a keurig, we were pleasantly surprised at the variety of sweeteners and cofffees/teas. We expected a television for entertainment, but were pleasantly surprised by the addition of Netflix, movies, and a selection of board games. We expected a nice vacation, but we're pleasantly surprised to find a wonderful place to escape from the modern world. If someone forced me to name three things that I was unhappy with I would have to say the internet is a bit slow (understandable with satellite internet in remote places, and cell signal was enough I could use it as a mobile Hotspot to connect to my laptop), the beds are too comfortable so you don't want to get up to go do things, and time passes too quickly while you're here. My wife and daughter already wanna know if we can come back in the fall.

Smoky Mountain Christmas

Idyllic mountain cabin! The perfect escape to relax and unwind. Immaculate, beautifully decorated and well stocked. The owner was a pleasure to work with and really aims to please her guests.

Beautiful cabin in the woods

We rented this cabin for 4 nights and I am so glad we chose this place. Everything was perfect from the location, decor, comfort, and proximity to the nearby attractions. Tara, the owner of this cabin was highly responsive and has given this cabin her own personal touch. I highly recommend this place.

We always wanted a cabin in the mountains and waited until we could find the perfect one to meet our needs. The Nest At Ridgecrest was it! It is extremely peaceful every time we go there and we love the feeling of being in the tree tops. It truly is the best place to go relax and unwind in nature.
