Our condo at Chateau by the Sea ocean front complex offers you the most active beach in the area, yet if you choose you can just lay back and relax. Next to the Pier, the site of the east coast surf championships,with its shops, 4 restaurant/bars, bands, concerts and you can party until you drop, if you want. Cruise lines minutes away and Orlando theme parks less than an hour. Back at the condo with a comfort and decor that makes you feel like you're in tropical Florida. Lay in the master bdrm king-sized bed and hear and watch the waves as they gently put you to sleep. Sit out on the living room balcony and soak in the ocean breezes. Back outside you can enjoy a rare ocean-side pool, go out a private gate & path to the beach to play in the surf... And if that is not enough you can go up to one of the few roof top observation decks in all of the Cape & enjoy unparalleled 360* panoramic views of the entire Cape,space shots,star gazing, beach action or spectacular the Banana River Sunsets

You find everything close to the condo...great restaurants, shops, a major grocery store, the Port of Cape Canaveral with Disney,Carnival & Royal Caribbean cruise lines and gambling boats. The quaint village of Cocoa has some of the most unique shops you will find anywhere. The Banana river with a rare eco-life that supports, birds and flowers not found any other place. Ample, lush green golf courses, and plenty of history of the treasure coast. Deep Sea fishing or great Surf fishing too! You must try Rock Shrimp..... a Cape delight! ......And if you want to do a day at Universal, Disney or Sea world there are tourist connections all up and down A1A, the beach highway.

This condo and location can be summed up in 2 words, PURE PARADISE! The location is perfect, right next to the Pier. The condo and amenities are super and the owners are spectacular. If you are looking for the perfect vacation or just a place to relax, this is the place!

On the beach - Close to everything else!

My wife and I spent the week between Christmas and New Years there. Great location. I liked that you could walk to everything you needed. Lots of activity on the beach. A very convenient and comfortable condo! My wife loved the availability of shopping! This is a wonderful place to relax, without getting bored.
