Remodeling was just completed on this gorgeous, two-bedroom condo. Everything is brand new! There is a fully-equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, and a separate dining area. The living room has a full-size mattress futon. There is cable TV in each bedroom and the living room. And there are laundry facilities on site. Enjoy sun tanning, swimming, surfing, parasailing, jet-skiing, and other water sports. Surfers will enjoy the ECSC Surfing Championship. The condo is conveniently located in the 'resort area' with many activities at the boardwalk (one-half block away) including concerts, art and music festivals, fireworks, bicycling, and rollerblading. It's just minutes from the Virginia Marine Science Museum, Ocean Breeze Family Park, deep-sea fishing, golfing, tennis, and plenty of great restaurants. It's just a one-half block walk to the oceanfront and boardwalk.

I would recomend this condo to anyone visiting Virgina Beach. Just a block from the beach the loacation was great. I rented this condo just by the description alone it sounded and was exactly what I was looking for. When we arrived it was clean and very well maintained. We ordered the linen service. We were given plenty of towels and sheets. While we were there we could walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. This is a great location for the young and old alike. We can't wait to go back next year.
