This spacious, 3,000 square-foot 2 zoned air-conditioned beachhouse with a swimming pool is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. It lies just one block west of Bradshaw Beach. 12 beach badges are included in your rental.

This spacious home can seat 24 for dinner. Great for large family vacation or entertaining at the beach!

Four blocks to the north is the start of the Point Pleasant Boardwalk filled with shops, eateries, and amusements. Other attractions nearby include golfing, fishing, health facilities, and restaurants. Point Pleasant Beach is a lively Jersey Shore town. There are many activities for people of all ages with Jenison’s Aquarium during the day, and clubs with top entertainment at night. Martell's Tiki Bar and Jenk's feature some of the best bands in the country on weeknights and weekends. Come and experience the best of the Jersey Shore.

This home has been our summer vacation site for 12 years. Since we can't be there ourselves all the time, we have chosen to share it with others. Please come to the beach at Point Pleasant and make your own family memories!

Private pool and Just a block from the beach, and only 5 blocks south of the Point Pleasant Boardwalk, our home is in walking distance of great restaurants, clubs, and boardwalk attractions. No need to drive your car. The boardwalk features amusement rides and arcade games as well as restaurants and the famous Tiki Bar and Jenks club with live bands and fun throughout the summer and other times of year as well! The beach is just one block away! The town of Point Pleasant Beach features many fine restaurants, shops for antiquing, jewelry, and resort clothing.

Enjoy some time at the Jersey Shore, go fishing, jet skiing, or just walking on the beach. Collect shells, build castles in the sand or just in your dreams! Enjoy family time with great barbecues and singing around the fire pit.

Other Activities: Located in the surrounding area is golf, outlet malls, Six Flags Great Adventure Theme Park, Seaside Boardwalk, and the historic village of Allaire. Atlantic City just 1 hour away.

My Family and I spent 4th of July at 112 Washington one year. We had the greatest time of our lives! The house is phenomenal, it has anything and everything that you need at the beach, including beach passes to the private beach! Everyone in my huge family (kids, parents, grandparents and great grand parents) had there own rooms and space. It was truly wonderful!

House was cery accomodating. Plenty of room. Newly updated and all the needed amenities The beds were comfy and the kitchen table nice and big. Decent sized pool on the deck-- perfect for the kids.. An easy walk to the beach (about a block away) and fairly close to the boardwalk too.... We will be coming back!!!

Hope all is well for you. Life has been good for us. This is a long time coming....but we had to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in your beach home this past summer. It was everything that our large family needed!

I could go on and on about how you have made your beach home the perfect home away from home, but I promise I won't. The space in the house is so well laid out and the furnishings are so accomodating. The kitchen was just as you had said....it had everything that our "love to cook together" family needed! The pool was beautiful and added so much enjoyment to our visit. And the beach!!! The beach was never crowded and was so clean. The kids loved the space to play their Kam Jam and even brought out a blanket at dusk and played board games out there. Our granddaughter loved the board walk and we loved taking her. It was just perfect. Our daughter-in-law and son-in-law celebrated their birthdays while we were there and all of the "kids" went out one night and had a terrific time on the board walk and the Tiki bar. Ok....I said that I would not go on and on!!

We had to let you know that we had and engagement this past August and that the wedding is set for September 23rd 2011! As great as that news is it will make it difficult for us to spend a week at your beach house again this upcoming summer. We just wanted you to know that we are looking forward to planning a beach vacation in your home the summer of 2012 but will have to pass on summer 2011.

Thank you again for making summer 2010 one of our best family vacations ever!
