Loon's Nest is available to rent by the week or longer. This beautiful, almost new, tastefully decorated, lakefront house sits just yards from the shore of Little Sebago Lake and features stunning sunset views. A stone outdoor fireplace is available to toast marshmallows and stargaze by. The home is close to neighbors, yet it's wooded and private. From the large front deck the property is flat to the water. A small sandy beach leads to a shallow entry, a dock, and a float. A canoe and life jackets are available for guests' use. Boats welcome but Jet skis Prohibited. Loon's Nest has five bedrooms upstairs. There is one large master bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bath. There is a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bedroom with a full-size futon, a bedroom with twin trundles, and a bedroom with a full-size bed. There are two full baths upstairs, and one half-bathroom downstairs. Downstairs there is also a lovely open living room, and a large kitchen/dining/sitting area.

Most rooms open onto the huge deck and look out over the lake. The large, grassy, front yard is ideal for croquet, volleyball, and other games. Nestled between the mountains and the sea is the Lakes Region of southern Maine. This beautiful area offers swimming, fishing, boating, golfing, hiking, shopping, and great dining. It is only 30 minutes to Portland's historic Old Port District for shopping and world class restaurants. Tour Casco Bay by boat. Enjoy day trips to surrounding islands or mountains. Windham is only four miles from the house and has shopping/movies, go-cart amusement/mini-golf, etc. It is only 20 minutes to Naples for Seaplane rides and paddle boats, and only one hour to New Hampshire's White Mountains. L.L. Bean and Freeport outlet shopping is 30 minutes away. Come and enjoy autumn in the beautiful Maine lakes region! September dates are still available.
