Inside, enjoy a fine decor, a modern kitchen and a south facing Florida room that offers gorgeous sunset views over the water. It is conveniently located on a quiet residential street with the beach, shops and restaurants only a short bike ride away.

Why The Owner chose Vacation Homes in Marco Island

My family and I have a history with Marco Island that dates back to the early 1980s when my grandmother bought her first condo on the island. Since then my parents have moved there full time in a house only a mile from ours. I am reluctant to use the term "rental" in describing our home because it is our primary residence when in the United states. My wife and I live overseas most of the year, but always spend our summers and holidays in our home on Marco.

What makes this house unique

There are so many! I am an avid golfer, there are roughly 15 different golf courses within a 25 minute drive from the house. We go boating, exploring the many islands in the area. We ride our bikes to the beach, restaurants and shops. There is wonderful dining and shopping on Marco and in the Naples area. Wildlife abounds, it is a bird watchers paradise. I find Marco a perfect stress reliever.

Great Location and Comfortable Home

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. Quiet neighborhood and nice neighbors, too. There was everything we needed. Table and chairs on the dock of the canal, bicycles, fishing poles,and grill. There is a view of the canal from the sunroom of course, and the kitchen,dining area, living room, and master bedroom (which has a great shower). The home is located in walking distance to town, the beach is a little farther, but not much, you could walk.
We enjoyed Marco Island and the area, lots to see and do. We look forward to staying here again.
