There is a sun-filled, second-floor living room, fireplace, dining area, gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and a guest bath. A sliding glass door leads off the second floor to a 45-foot deck. First floor has 3 family size bedrooms, full bath, and a very large, summer family/great room with 2nd kitchen and sliding doors to new in ground heated swimming pool w/hot tub and outside shower. Bonus - a large, lower level family room with pool access.     Weekly rental is from Sunday to Sunday.

    $4000 - $8000 depending upon peak or non-peak season. Rent runs from Saturday to Saturday
  • Two cleans per week, a Tuesday mid-week cleaning and a Saturday turnaround cleaning.
