This spacious, private, nicely decorated four bedroom home is steps from the water's edge. The house is off the main highway, with it's own private driveway & parking area. Lower Herring Lake is the Jewel of Benzie Co. with it's sandy bottom and pure water. The West shore is in a Conservancy to preserve the natural dunes & forest. Quite, with 250 ft of private beach on the east shore to enjoy sunsets, picnics, evening bon fires, with numerous beach lounges, gas grill, & picnic table. The house and grounds are well maintained.. The master bedroom on the second floor provide a sweeping view of the lake . Need to avoid steps, a spacious 1st fl bedroom with king size bed. & full bath., great for grandparents . Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed, other a double.. Each room has a ceiling fan plus a house attic fan. A full width door wall of glass give a view from the dining/living room.

Good size bathrooms with large vanities to accommodate your travel needs. Amenities include all linens, a barbecue grill, picnic table, beach lounge chairs, a boat dock with a 14-foot aluminum boat and an electric trolling motor, a canoe, and a paddle boat. There is a floating trampoline and fire ring beside the lake.
