Well-equipped, eat-in kitchen with center island features stainless-steel appliances, six-burner gas stove, built-in microwave oven, rich wood cabinetry and granite countertops. Through the butler’s pantry with glass-fronted cabinets is the dining room, with 18-foot ceilings, gas fireplace, flowing silk curtains, a wall of six French doors and Arte de Mexico chandelier and sconces. Living room with multiple conversation areas, gas fireplace and a wet bar overlooks the pool and gardens. There are custom window treatments throughout the house, and built-in stereo speakers inside and out. Dogs typically are okay with advance approval, but no cats, please.
