Lovely and inviting interior created by a noted Los Angeles interior designer plus lush, mature landscaping throughout the property.

Graveled side yard features a small citrus grove with grapefruit, lemons and oranges. Backyard has two covered patios (one with a sitting area), four wrought-iron chaise lounge chairs, four fountains spilling into a large adjacent swimming pool, a spa that accommodates six, decorative oversized pottery and a stainless-steel built-in gas BBQ; the entire backyard is enclosed by a mature ficus hedge. Lantanas, chaise lounge cushions and a patio umbrella all in sunburst yellow add a splash of fun and color.
Inside: Art-filled main house with custom-painted walls and ceilings in all public rooms sleeps up to six in three bedrooms. Luxurious master suite with king bed and enormous walk-in closet overlooks the pool, and the spacious master bath has a walk-in shower enclosed by glass blocks, his/her sink areas plus a make-up station, and a deep Jacuzzi tub. One guest bedroom has a queen bed, the other has a double and each has an en suite bathroom. Detached casita with powder-blue walls and bamboo wallpaper on the ceiling has a full bath and sleeps two (day bed/2 twins).
Well-equipped, eat-in chef's kitchen with center island features stainless-steel appliances and range hood, six-burner gas stove, built-in microwave oven, a walk-in pantry, rich wood cabinetry and granite countertops. Through the butler’s pantry with glass-fronted cabinets is the voluminous dining room, with 18-foot ceilings, a custom-built wood table with six chairs, a gas fireplace, flowing floor-length silk curtains, a wall of six French doors that open to a patio and Arte de Mexico chandelier and sconces. The living room with multiple conversation areas, a gas fireplace and a wet bar (shared with the dining room) overlooks the pool and gardens. There are custom window treatments throughout the house, and built-in stereo speakers inside and out.
