Spacious home, perfect for families or groups with 5 bedrooms & 2 full baths. The entire home is for guest use only, save a hallway closet. The home includes 5 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a cozy porch and huge yard.

Guests have full access to the home, including the laundry and full kitchen. Our home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for walking and biking.

Other things to note
We have some beach supplies provided, including 6 towels, 4 chairs and an umbrella! The beach is a quick 20-25 minute drive away, depending on traffic. Make sure you pack some change to cross the toll bridge and stop at Greer’s, our favorite local grocer, to grab some snacks on the way!

Peace and quiet

This location was very quiet! Very spacious,more than enough room for our group. I would definitely stay again. Not alot to do near by, but with a short drive you can find entertainment... Which the kids enjoyed just leaving the house for joy ride!

Westside Gem

Cute, cozy, well appointed & detailed! Not a thing was missing. This was close to our family event in Warrington. Very comfortable & spacious to have my cousins over for dinner too. Justin was extremely responsive via email for any & all of my concerns. If you’re wanting to visit Pensacola on a leaner budget, this is equi-distance to Pensacola Beach & Perdido Key. But my littles had a great time at NavyPoint just down the street.

Great Stay

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The home was beautiful, clean and spacious! The home manual was very helpful! We also loved the large rain shower in the master bedroom! Thank you for having us at your home !

Lacks curb appeal - exterior, yard, neighborhood run down

The house interior was fine and just as represented online. Nice having the crib and high chair for our 15 month old grandson. The yard and exterior needs work. Front & back porches were dirty. Screen door broken. Grills were not cleaned.
