This executive vacation home near Disney is perfect for your large family. The home is open and airy with vaulted ceilings. The large living room is equipped with a huge television and DVD player. The family room is perfect for the kids to play with the PS2 (family games only) with its dedicated television/DVD unit and is connected to the downstairs hall bath. The formal dining room is perfect for gathering the family together. The large well equipped kitchen has a large breakfast bar and is ready for you should you tire of eating out. The first floor master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and a handicap friendly master bath. The second floor master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and an in room bath. The 3rd bedroom is the 'Mickey Room' and is equipped two twin beds. The 4th bedroom is the 'Sunshine Room' also equipped with two twin beds and is adjacent of the upstairs hall bath room. The private southern facing screened in pool is perfect for sunning.

  • We have a 'Snowbird special', where during Sept through May, the rate (for 6+ weeks) is $575/week.
  • The $80 cleaning fee is waived for rentals 5 days or longer.

    Pool heat is available at $25/day or $150/week (generally not needed May - September).

    A $250 deposit is needed to secure your reservation. Upon your arrival, it becomes your damage deposit which will be returned to you after your departure.

Fantastic Golfing: Highlands Reserve Golf Club is only 2 minutes away. It is wide and open and a nice introduction to Florida golf! Just south in Haines City are two beautiful courses, Diamondback and Southern Dunes, which must might be the two best courses in the Orlando area! And just north in Clermont, there are many fine courses, including Legends, which our guests have played and enjoyed very much. There are over 200 more golf courses in the Orlando area. If golf is your thing, then you will never be bored!

It's not that far to the beach!: Jetty Park in Cape Canaveral, FL is a beautiful white sand beach on the Atlantic Ocean that is only76 miles (about 1 hour and 15 minutes) away!

This property was our first experience in staying in a vacation home. What a WONDERFUL experience it was. The home was everything that was described. The property was very well maintained and I have told most everyone I know about it. We were very pleased as we all had our own comfortable space and could get a good nights rest in a great home in a peaceful neighborhood.

We stayed in this house for 5 days in April 09 and it was absolutley beautiful. Everything you needed was there, the house was very clean, the pool was great, the games room was fantastic and the location was near everything. The owners were very good to deal with and the property managers were very helpful with any questions you had. I would definetly stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at the vacation rental and would definitely stay there again! Everything you need can be found at the home, from a game room to a pool. It's ideal for a family on vacation. It includes all the amenities you might need such as small kitchen gadgets, w/d, dvd's, ps2, and numerous tv sets. The home is located in a safe community near a playground with a basketball/tennis court. We would strongly recommend this vacation home for a family looking to have fun in Orlando!
