Welcome to Southern Comfort 2 in Key Colony Beach, FL! Located at 310 11th Street Key Colony Beach. Ours vacation property is available for weekly rentals 7 days minimum stay. Checkin/ checkout on Saturday ONLY! Boating enthusiasts will delight in our convenient of 37.5 ft. dockage easy access to both Atlantic Ocean and The Gulf. 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms accommodate up to 5 guests, making it ideal for small family or two couples. Fully equipped kitchen to make your getaway feel like your own comfort home. Each bedrooms are on the opposite side for privacy. We have king size bed in the master bedroom. One queen bed and one twin bed in guest bedroom. Washer & dryer are ALL IN ONE unit and it’s outside by screened in porch area.

Check-in on Saturday ONLY and no earlier than 4 PM. Check-out on Saturday ONLY before 10 AM. Rental 7 nights minimum. Only One Boat Trailer allowed to park inside our property.

Amazing Vacation

The beauty of this property starts inside, with the gorgeously updated bathrooms, and wonderful amenities and flows right outdoors with an amazing pool and secluded back yard and waterfront.

Amazing House!

This rental was absolutely gorgeous. The outdoor area is where we spent most of our time the pictures of the pool and cabana area don't do it justice its so well landscaped. You truly feel like you are in your own private tropical paradise. The screened in porch area is large and the kitchen had everything we needed. Plan on staying again, hands down the best house we have rented in the keys!

Great for family and boat!

We love the neighborhood and this house was comfortable for our whole family and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again and are so thankful for owners like these that take the time to upkeep everything so their renters enjoy themselves!
