Welcome to The Pearl On Maine! This completely updated and renovated home is furnished in an upscale fashion, while retaining the charm and somewhat vintage feel that all previous owners strived to pass along. Nestled on the corner of Maine and Pearl Street on an oversized lot, conveniently located a short walking distance to Dock Square. The main home features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The master suite features a king bed with a private shower ensemble. The two other guest suites offer queen beds. One of these rooms offers an on suite bath with a shower and the other has a stunning claw foot tub / shower ensemble bathroom located down the hall from that guest room. The main home offers central air conditioning, 5 gas fire places through-out (even in the kitchen), and a screened-in sun porch; all luxuriously furnished with high quality furnishings that offer every amenity, comfort and charm!
The Pearl also features a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom carriage house that is separated from the main home by a charming court yard that can be shared if you so desire. With the doors ability to open to the two courtyards, it all suddenly becomes one amazing space. The first floor features a pool table and an oversized bar. It is an amazing place to gather, entertain and celebrate. Up above is where you will find two bedrooms, each offering one queen bed in each room, kitchen area and living room that also features an upscale queen sleeper.
This property can accommodate 6 people in the main home and 4-6 in the Carriage house.
You do not need a car to enjoy this beautiful town nor will you have to deal with parking during peak season. The Pearl is close to everything. Churches, restaurants, shops, galleries, beaches, centrally located near the hub of town, hotels, dining, and so much more is truly at your fingertips. The Pearl also provides complete access to full time concierge to all guests as an added option should you so desire.
$5,000 security deposit required on this property. Will be refunded within 2-weeks of check-out pending compliance to pre-rental condition.

Wonderful stay

Thank you sommige for sharing this amazing property! We rented this property to stay for our sons wedding to a local Kennebunckport girl. Everything exceeded our expectations. From Ali meeting us at the beginning to saying goodbye at the end all was wonderful. Kitchen so we’ll stocked, loved the courtyard, wedding guys got dressed here and played pool in carriage house while preparing for the wedding, trolley picked them up at the house. Thank you for everything. It was perfect for our family.

An Amazing Property!

The Pearl is such a beautiful home! We had 8 family members stay, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and we had everything we needed for cooking meals. Both the dining room table and sunroom table were big enough for all of us to sit together for meals. The carriage house was also a great spot for the family to gather, and we had so much fun playing pool! The location of the house was great too. We loved being able to walk into town, and the beach was within walking distance as well. Roe, the owner, and Ali, the concierge, were both so helpful and always available to answer my questions and offer suggestions for dining, activities, etc. We had a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend staying here!

Family Vacation

Well-appointed family friendly, historic vacation home within walking distance to downtown. Carriage House is a perfect entertainment center for family pool tournaments. The courtyard is a delightful place to gather, relax and reminisce.

Perfect Family Vacation

This property is beyond perfect for a large or extended family. The location is on a quiet street that is a quick 5 minute walk to Dock Square . My husband & I plus our 3 daughters, spouses/significant others, and their 3 children (all under 3) stayed in the house for 1 week in August. The decor is fresh & tasteful; the linens & towels were plush; the kitchen was well-stocked with everything you might need to prepare a lovely dinner, and Roe had all the beach accessories we needed for our days at Gooch’s Beach. A big plus that we didn’t fully appreciate until we arrived was there were there not only ample bedrooms for all of us but there were also multiple separate living spaces for us to spread out when we needed some quiet time. We spent most of our time together in the magnificent kitchen, screened in porch and courtyard. We’ll have beautiful memories of the evenings spent around the fire, singing while my son-in- law played guitar. A treasure In Kennebunkport.
