Private, bright and cheerful. 2 bedrooms, 2 bath with a comfortable sleeper/sofa in the living room. PRIVATE SCREENED POOL is heated by a HEAT PUMP ensuring warm midnight swimming. If you are looking for solitude in a country setting, but wish to be close to all that Port Charlotte and Englewood have to offer, this is your place. Nearest neighbor is about 5 lots down (so play in the pool as loud as you like), yet a short drive West brings you to our beautiful beaches and a short drive East brings you to Port Charlotte.

Fully tiled. Wireless DSL for poolside internet. King size bed in master suite. Queen in second bedroom. Reverse osmosis water system. Full kitchen amenities include coffee maker, microwave, George Foreman grill, blender. NEW FRONT LOAD WASHER, dryer, gas grill, 50' PLASMA TV in living room, DVD player, LCD TV in master bedroom, antenna picks up over a dozen channels with great clarity, ironing board, iron, dart board, attached garage.

There are no big crowds here, just plenty of white sand lapped by gentle waves from the Gulf of Mexico and decorated with colorful shells. Disney World is a 2 and 1/2 hour drive.

Rural and quiet:

This charming house favors solitude over the convenience of being in town. No other houses in sight from the front yard, back yard or either side of the property. Yet El Jobean rd. (one of our main streets) is a 2 minute drive. It is perfect for those looking for quiet, or conversely want to have the stereo turned up while enjoying the pool without bothering anyone. Supermarkets and other shopping is 10 to 15 minute drive.

Ten miles to the beach:

Englewood beach is ten miles West. Also don't miss Gasparilla Island State Park.

Peace & Tranquility

This was our second year renting this home in March & April. The mornings on the lanai with coffee and the birds singing, the warm temperatures,the peace and tranquility make this home a place you want to be at. The nightime swims in warm water, the stars glowing their brilliance and the whipporwills serenading you all night. Once you have tried it you will return. Also the owner is available for any problem and or concern, and handled immediately.

Peace, serenity,singing birds, lovely home,fabulous warm pool, looking forward to going back next year for March & April. Take Skin So Soft though for the Noseeum's/Gnats.

Fantastic

Just spent 9 days in Port Charlotte. Couldn't have been happier with the house and the location. Quiet and private clean and stylish. The entire family had a great week and it was nice to come back to a real house sit on the patio, swim in the pool or listen to the tunes as loud as we wanted. Definately recommend and we are planning on going back next year!!
