Pelican Beach Resort is a spectacular gulf-front property on the Sugar-White Sands of Destin. This great location offers conference facilities and covered parking. Pelican Beach boasts a heated outdoor swimming pool, indoor lap pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, gas barbecue grills, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a coin arcade. The on-site health spa includes weights, aerobic machines, a sauna, steam rooms, and massage therapy. A beachfront tiki bar, a pizza/restaurant, mini-mart, & beach service are available seasonally. This eighth-floor unit is beautifully maintained and includes hi-speed internet. It features fabulous balcony views of the Crystal Clear Waters and the Sugary Beaches of Destin. The king-size master suite (new mattress, private bath and TV/DVD). The unit has new bunk beds and a queen-size sofa-sleeper - accommodating up to 6 guests. Unit is tastefully decorated with new carpeting. Newly remodeled full modern kitchen. This is a great unit in an affordable, luxury, resort setting.

We've truly enjoyed our stay here. The view is spectacular. It was very relaxing and I enjoyed watching the dolphins every morning and evening. I hate to go back home after being here all week. Thanks
