Luxury house made of glass etched by world renown artists. 18000 sq. ft. of beauty! Each Master Suite allows you to experience both SUNRISE and SUNSETS from each suite every day. This private resort has more than 130m/500ft of white sandy beach, as far as the eye can see... There is almost no way to describe this home... The Property is surrounded by a 2,9m high double sided granite wall; The roof has a motorized opening Cupola, also made of glass panels, and has a 180 degree view of the neighboring beach from almost 16m/50ft up, and a supra roof which has 360 degree views of mountains, village, and beaches from almost 20m/65ft. high.

Each of the 2 master Suites has almost 2000 sq. ft. / 200m of pure luxury with a 270 degree view and an expansive rounded outdoor balcony with a private spiral staircase to the beach. Each one of these suites has a huge multi person shower and steam room behind a glass wall and a similarly located Jacuzzi accommodating four people. There are separate elongated vanities for each of 2 people, a separate custom designed dressing closet for man and woman, and a private relaxation and breakfast area for each of the 2 special couples who occupy the master suites.

The main house is also service by 5 large flat screen TVs, situated in the living room and every bedroom suite, which are also air conditioned. The property is accessed by 2 electronically operated gate systems and 2 private access doors to the beach each with electronically operated locks.

Standard accommodation rates include the standard staff (2 Maids, Gardner, and Caretaker). Additional staff is available by request and includes a talented cook available 7 days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., a tennis pro instructor and personal trainer both available hourly, daily or weekly. A driver is available for airport pickups and drop offs, as well as touring, and sightseeing. By special arrangement, a 6 passenger Land Rover Defender is available for rental for this purposes (this is an all-terrain all-weather vehicle) suitable for beach excursions. A dune buggy with driver is also available for more energetic beach excursions. Group or individual riding and scuba lessons also can be arranged to leave directly from the property, and individual horses may be rented by the hour day or week.

About The Owner

I am a partially retired lawyer that feel in love with Brazil

The Owner purchased this villa in 2002
Why The Owner chose Castelão

I built this home because I fell in love with the beach of this area. Very warm ocean water and sandy beach. It is a large, difficult to duplicate beach front estate with white sandy beach, over 100 meters of beach front.

What makes this villa unique

I enjoy very much the huge two thousand square foot suites and the unique waterfront views from this 80% glass house, 54ft high. Access to 100 meters of deep white sandy dry, it is also one of my favorite features. I also enjoy very much the night-light tennis court the 100 thousand gallon swimming pool the 20 person outdoor Jacuzzi connected by tunnel with the swimming pool and the circular ocean view breakfast room.

The outdoor barbecue area, the direct access to the beach, the huge hemispheric opening glass copula.

Absolute PARADISE

This is the way to live!!! I've never experienced such opulence and probably won't again unless I book another stay here. What you get for the price is amazing. This home is incredible with master suites that are bigger than my 3 bedroom house. The views are unreal, the grounds were our own personal playground, and the house has a full staff with their own quarters on the property. I have never experienced a sunset while horseback riding-Unreal- this place just can't be beat! I plan to host my 35th B-day here----- Like absolute royalty!!!!

Excellent experience

My husband and I and our four kids thoroughly enjoyed our time in Fortaleza (Caponga Beach) in this beautiful, comfortable beach house. We had fun boogie boarding, surfing, and playing on the beach and there was plenty to do in the surrounding area. The rental was clean, well-stocked, tastefully decorated, very comfortable, and filled with amazing views of the ocean. I miss the ocean waves lulling me to sleep at night. I highly recommend staying here!

A beautiful house well worth the price

This house was the perfect place to celebrate our parent's 50th wedding anniversary. The property was clean, comfortable, air conditioned and well maintained. We loved the decor and appreciated the well stocked kitchen. The staff is great. Also, personally, I appreciate the fast email correspondences and great services, Thank you!

What a Mess

What a horrible experience. The house is a mess compared to the pictures on any web site. There is mold and mildew in all bedrooms, the lazy river is broken, the horse stables and garage look like a junk yard, the tennis courts are over grown with grass. The house has not been lived in for quite some time. The town surrounding it is unsafe and to go get food is either a nightmare or a $100 car drive and an hour away. Be very careful if you are thinking this is a great location and an amazing house. All 8 of us left after 2 days because we became sick from the mold and are all on antibiotics now! I am embarrassed for the owner. Also the rental agent loves to lie and tell you things will get fixed or got fixed after you left. The staff is very nice but the language barrier makes it very difficult. When we arrived..plumbing, internet, hot tub, lazy river, and unchanged sheets all had to be addressed and most of them did not get done.
Owner's Response: Guest rented the house for 4 nights, hosted a huge unauthorized party after the party was over and lots of damage were done they moved out. They also made credit card claim and lost.
