This family vacation home is furnished with the highest quality furniture, and has full air-conditioning. It sleeps six people with two double bedrooms, a sofa bed, and a cot. There are two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a fully-fitted kitchen, a patio, and a private, heated swimming pool. All the usual home comforts are provided including a TV, VCR, DVD, telephone, dishwasher, washing machine, and a tumble dryer. Linens and towels are provided; and you don't even need to bring a hair dryer! For our younger guests, a highchair and cot are available. The rear of the property is enclosed within a six-foot privacy fence. And the swimming pool and patio area are fully screened to keep the bugs out. Located in Meadow Woods, just nine miles from Orlando International Airport, our villa offers easy access to all major Orlando attractions (Disney World, Epcot, Universal Studios, etc.) while providing the benefits of a residential area.

I highly recommend this villa for your next vacation. The owners were easy to work with and the villa was well furnished. The villa was one level with garage parking. The furniture is not new but in very good condition and comfortable. The pool area is in sunshine the entire day with a partial covered patio if you prefer the shade. They had plenty of towels, linens and lots of beach towels. If you are not looking for 5 star place but a home that is well maintained, tastefully decorated and comfortable you won't be disappointed.
