This newly renovated privately-owned, fully-equipped, three-bedroom, three bathroom ,slopeside condo offers spectacular views of the mountain, plateau, the large private swimming pool, the private lake, and a 60-foot waterfall and stream. This mountain retreat offers a unique Alpine village setting. It's a great large family retreat or small two-family retreat.

This unit is exclusively rented to conscientious families -- adults with kids. It's available at a 35 to 55% discount versus similar units rented directly through the resort. The rental rates include all taxes, royalties, gratuities, and cleaning charges.

This is a 'No Smoking, No Pets, and No Groups Over Eight' condo.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite full bathroom. There are two additional full bathrooms -- one with a whirlpool tub. A second bedroom comes with two single beds. There's a third en-suite bedroom with a queen-size bed and a sofabed.

There's also a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room, one fireplace, one large balcony with a barbecue, a patio table with chairs, and the private swimming pool just steps away.

Amenities include a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, two cable TVs, a VCR, and a radio/CD player. The condo offers two private parking spots.

Ski in/out is just 100 meters away. And a biking/roller blading/cross-country ski trail is just 200 meters away.

There is easy access to golfing, the beach, a park, tennis, boutiques, restaurants, and mini putt. There's a ten-day advance booking privilege for golf tee times.

This was my first time using Home Away. The experience was first rate. Pierre, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful with advice and guidance. The unit was exactly as stated and very clean. The location on Mont Tremblanc was excellent. I was very satisfied and would recommend this location to my friends and relatives. I would definitely stay there again.
