A new Town Home is as comfortable as it is outdoors-accessible. Grand Targhee is a 15 minute drive from the Town home.

This home is located on the West side of the Tetons a 35 minutes breathtaking drive from Jackson Wyoming over Teton pass into Teton Valley, Driggs, Idaho.

The town home features a nicely furnished living room with 42 inch flat screen high definition television and surround system. Take a day and RELAX, see through gas fireplace on main floor sets the mood.

Town home also features a fully equipped kitchen Gas range, and granite counter tops that surrounds the kitchen.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS include a King master bedroom with shower and Jacuzzi tub all with the finest linens with a walk out balcony. One Queen guest bedroom sleeps two. One other guest bedroom includes bunk bed with additional queen bed that shares the 2nd bathroom. All bedrooms and two baths located on the second floor. Also with a QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA in the Living Room on main floor.

This Town home will sleep total of EIGHT ADULTS and TWO SINGLES.

The two car garage is attached with garage opener for you're convenience. WITH TWO MOUNTAIN BIKES TO USE (ask Claudia for combo to unlock the bikes)

Since I have never reserved a vacation rental over the internet I was very nervous about doing so. I need not have worried. The condo was absolutely fantastic! It was Clean, totally equipped, and a pure pleasure to stay in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The customer service from Ms. Hill was outstanding. We accidently locked ourselves out and when we called and left a message, even though it was very late, Ms. Hill called us back. I would highly recommend Ms. Hill and the condo we stayed in to everyone. The whole vacation was an extremely pleasant experience. We look forward to visiting again. Oh, and I was pleasantly surprised to find my deposit check in the mailbox just tow days after I returned home. Super service!!!!

Since October, 2007, the house has been managed by Claudia, Owner of Hill Property Management.

My Town home is located in a very quite neighborhood beside Teton Creek the run off from the Grand Tetons.

You will find that you are eight miles from the Grand Targhee ski resort.

The perfect place to stay!

Our family of 5 adults could not have been happier with our stay! We loved the quiet, small-town feel of Driggs rather than staying in Jackson. And it's only an hour from the townhouse to Jackson Hole airport. The townhouse is exactly as clean and beautiful as the pictures. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings and watching the creek while grilling up some dinner. And the hot tub was perfect for soaking after a long day of hiking in the Tetons! We were at Pendl's Bakery every morning for pastries and coffee. And the huckleberry shakes at Victor Emporium were delicious! There is a nice big grocery store called Boulim's, so we made our dinners at the townhouse. But both Driggs and Victor also have several restaurants that looked really good. Thanks for such a perfect place to stay! Hopefully we will be back sometime!!

Great lodging for our family of seven!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful Townhome. We had everything we needed. The entire family enjoyed the hot tub and the kids enjoyed riding the bikes into town. The only negative was the mattress on the pull out couch. It is old and in bad shape. My youngest son slept on it a few nights and it was not at all comfortable. Might be worth it to replace the mattress. Other than that everything was great. Thank you.

AMAZING CONDO

This condo was simply amazing. I cannot say enough good things about it. The hot tub out back, jacuzzi tub in the master and the washer and dryer were so WONDERFUL to have. We used the hot tub nightly. Being from Texas, not having A/C was kinda weird but sleeping with the windows open was just fine. This condo is in a perfect location for going to Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. I would highly recommend it.

Not Cleaned and Ready for Us

After a long day of driving to Jackson, Wyoming, we drove an additional hour to Driggs, Idaho to our VRBO rental unit. The unit itself is a beautiful place to stay, however as we entered, we realized that the unit had not been cleaned from the prior tenants. Dirty floors, beds not made, towels in washer and dryer, etc. I immediately called the agent who informed me that I was not on her calendar - even though she had sent me multiple emails, received a deposit check and a signed contract from me the end of March, and then a final payment the end of June. My money was deposited, but my name was not put on her calendar. At about 8 PM, I called and left a phone message, to which she replied within about 10 minutes. About 1/2 hr later, she appeared with another woman and they cleaned the unit for the next 2 hours while we huddled in the living room and watched the TV. We didn't want to unpack - we wanted all the floors cleaned. I still had to ask her to remove all food from the refrigerator and freezer. Finally, sometime after 10 PM, we were able to unpack the car and put children to bed. The agent's attitude was disconcerting - she wanted us to just laugh this off, and said things to minimize the fact that she was totally unprepared for us and hadn't even put us on her schedule - just our money in her bank account. The whole approach was very unprofessional and I would not recommend dealing with Claudia for other renters. One other item - the unit is listed as being in Wilson when it is 30-40 miles beyond Wilson at the bottom of the Teton Pass past Victor. It was easily a one hour drive each way from Jackson. I have attempted to negotiate some compensation for the inconvenience of the unit not being in order for our arrival, but she continues to suggest how we could have jumped in the hot tub and partied - we had small children and a struggling older person with us, and we needed rest, not her excuses. When I finally told her that she had screwed up, she admitted this, but then went to all the reasons she had not prepared for us, including cleaning other units that day for other arrivals. Again, not a professional approach. This VRBO experience was not encouraging.

Owner's Response: I arrived on the property within 30 minutes of Linda's call to take care of this situation and apologized numerous times as I was working on finishing up the condo completed withing the hour.
I would have went the extra mile to produce Linda with a bottle of wine to relax in the hot tub under the stars. But by this time there was no reasoning with her.
In this busy hectic world at times it can get overwhelming and misunderstandings do happen, I would like to thank Linda for lodging with us.
Again Linda, sorry for your disappointment I hope the rest of your vacation was enjoyable.

Wonderful condo. Clean, new, well maintained. Claudia was very helpful with travel plans (driving directions - visiting Yellowstone and Jackson). Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Absolutely no complaints, and I rarely say that.
