Our two-bedroom apartment is conveniently located adjacent to IMG Academy, with access to beautiful beaches, sports facilities, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping spots.

Our apartment is situated in a beautiful residential community offering resort-style amenities and a friendly ambiance. The apartment is filled with superb amenities, including a fully-upgraded kitchen, plank flooring, ceiling fans, luxurious carpeting and a washer and dryer. The whole living area is bright due to the natural lighting from the large windows.

The apartment has an open-plan concept, with the living room leading into the dining area and the kitchen. The exquisite living room boasts chic furnishings and a Smart TV with streaming services. The kitchen features a minimalistic white feel, equipped with everything you'll need to cook up a storm. The pros: The place was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. It was quiet and safe. The beds were very comfortable. Check in was easy, but the extra overhead of using the Viagem process was a pain. The cons: The place wasn’t maintained. The drains were very slow. The dishwasher didn’t drain at all and was unusable. Worst yet, the water pressure was so low at every faucet that showering took forever. I texted who I thought was the owner, turns out it was just the property management company. They said they would contact the “local service people “, but never heard from them again.

This was absolutely the worst property. The water pressure was so low that I could not get the shampoo out of my hair, and we could barely wash our hands. The owner/management company would only communicate with me via email. I made numerous requests to speak on the phone. We waited 45 minutes upon arrival to receive a code to enter the unit. On our third day, the code did not work, and we were locked out for over two hours. On our last day, a man entered the unit unannounced, by using the security code. To this date, we have no knowledge of who he was or why he was there. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes. The spin cycle on the washing machine barely worked. The amenities were not 24 hours as advertised. Everything was locked at 6 PM and the tennis courts did not have lights that worked. I requested a discount for all of these hassles, which was denied. I am extremely disappointed in Expedia and VRBO.

Great Location for IMG

The location was perfect for visiting my son. Apartment is fine - lots of closets and comfortable. The water pressure in one bathroom was terrible and we could not use that shower. Wasn’t time ti fix it for a 2 night stay so we used the 1 bathroom but hopefully that gets fixed. Fitness center was adequate and well maintained complex.
